We were delighted to be told on arrival that we had been upgraded to a junior suite with a pool view.....it was a lovely room with great air-con and extremely comfortable beds. Cleaned every day to a very high standard, the room was always cool and inviting to return to after a day on the beach.

Excellent stay once we had checked in, very confused as to why we needed to show paper evidence of booking. We didn’t have this but could show emails , which were eventually excepted.

Close to beaches and restaurants. Very friendly staff from reception to cleaning staff. Very good facilities. Breakfast buffet excellent. (Stay was B&B) Only negative is the waiting time at pool bar due to only one person serving most of the time. View on pool side of hotel good, however on other side the view is of rundown apartments complex and washing line, as well as abandoned hotel complex.

Very nice hotel with helpful cheerful staff. Excellent and plentiful varied menu. Good entertainment but more information on program needed (possibly a poster in lifts ?) All inclusive spirits leave much to be desired but beer and wine OK.

Staff are brilliant, housekeeping have everything spotless, great location, in May the pool was too cold to use. Food super, would go again

Very nice hotel a short walk from the strip and the beach. Very nice pool area and the food is excellent. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Heard every coach picking up and dropping off All through the night, street cleaners starting from early hours, just so noisy.Good selection of food on all inclusive but really poor quality, pasta and pizza always cold. Nothing really went either ie rice but nothing to go with it. Quality of drinks also very poor quality local rubbish. It gave you heart burn if you drank them and staff didn’t know how to make a decent cocktail and actually took offense when we asked them to do it our way. Ended up drinking and eating out it was that bad.

Great hotel clean nice staff .only set back pool in shade for good part of morning and very hard to get bed people put towels out and go off all day.even thought its hotel policy not to allow this happen.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was perfect for us. Rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard. We ate breakfast each morning in hotel and even though we always went last minute always found something to eat. Sun loungers are snapped up quick but with the sandy area and the roof top terrace we were never left without. Excellent hotel would definitely return.

We recommend getting the pool view room, as it was quieter and sitting on the balcony had a nice outlook. Worth the extra cost. Only complaint was that we had to pay extra for using the safe in the room despite it being listed as including a safe. When we asked at reception we were told that there was a safe as stated, and it didnt specifically say there would be free to use. Maybe technically true, but feel a little tricked there. It also listed having kitchen appliances, beds, air conditioning etc. and obviously we wouldnt have to pay extra to use them. hotels.com should list these extra costs in the description. Otherwise all the ease of use we get from using the service is cancelled out by having to do our own research into the hotels own website and at that point why bother using hotels.com at all? Quite disappointing.

Second visit to Sunprime Coral on a Bed &Breakfast basis,hotel did not disappoint on this visit either, attentive staff in spa, rooms cleaned every day..Everything as it should be. Entertainment on most nights in reception area,

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with comfortable sunbeds. The bar area was lovely and relaxing and the breakfast was good. The balcony was big and there was great air conditioning which was definitely needed. The room was cleaned everyday and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a fantastic location and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the safari area and 10/15 minutes from the veronicas strip. Would definitely return again!

This was a nice hotel but we did have cockroaches in our bathroom and there were alot around the hotel which just put me off. Went all inclusive but food wasn't very nice, in fact felt bloated all holiday. Great location to very thing and nice that there weren't kids everywhere being an adult only hotel.

Really nice hotel. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great location. We chose bed & breakfast because we like to try different restaurants in the evenings. Lots of good options to choose from. However, breakfast at Sunprime was very good in a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel was in a good location for me. Shops, beach, and restaurants were all close by the hotel. The staff were always very welcoming and the reception staff were especially helpful. The room had all the amenities I needed (including a bottle opener). I found the bed very uncomfortable and the lack of English TV entertainment channels disappointing but the free wifi help make up for that.

Hotel staff were really helpful , our maid kept our room spotless , the only downside was maybe the food at times other than this it was a fantastic place to stay , central , only a short walk to the lovely beach and a great selection of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again !!

Very nice hotel with modern decor. Lovely large rooms with high ceilings. Waterfall shower was bliss. Food was good, especially breakfast - so much choice. All staff were polite and friendly. Adult only hotel so nice and peaceful by the pool. Good location, only a short walk from the beach/shops.

Moved rooms 3 times breakfast horrific groups of youths worst stay Ever cockraches don't go We should get a refund for the accomodation but don't expect Expedia to step up

Really enjoyed this hotel, we really enjoyed the welcome glass of Cava on arrival, room tidy clean comfortable and stylish. In a great location just two blocks from the 2 best beaches Les Camison and Troya. The breakfast was fantastic, a great choice, everything you could possibly think of was catered for. The pool was lovely , the gym was equipped really well, we heard the entertainment as we left the hotel but didn't attend but it sounded very professional . I would definitely recommended a pool view room (pay a supplement) as the rooms on the front are on a busy road and the rooms on the side have a great view but are noisy due to bin collections the bottle bank, deliveries and building works opposite (not hotels fault) . I would definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend to friends and family.

GOOD,informality of restaraunt,pool with spare beds no kids,internet connection,all balconies overlookinpool. NOTGOOD,no bath,channel 4 missing on t v it was of no great interest at reception ,dont take booking at christmas we are only required to fill non peak weeks

the hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from the beach - other than that, the hotel & staff were fantastic. We stayed B&B rather than half board; plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice shop in foyer of hotel. At the airport on my way home, I realised that I had left some cash in bedroom - contacted the hotel and they posted it to me.

This is the second time i have stayed at the Coral Beach.Compared to other accommodation in Playa las Americas, and ive stayed in MANY, this is the one i would reccommend, unless money were no option. The staff are friendly and efficient,we had a light out on the balcony, ten minutes later it was replaced and that was at 10pm!They can book you on trips, and there is a photo service if you just cant wait for those holiday snaps. There is internet access at reception.The on site supermarket was very handy and extremely reasonable, the pool and surrounding area was clean, and not overcrowded, plenty of loungers and umbrellas to use free of charge(you have to pay for mattresses)The rooms were spacious and well maintained,if a bit dated, but very clean as was the rest of the hotel and absolutely zero cockroaches, which in Tenerife is a major plus for any hotel. There is an on site restaurant and plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night for both adults and children. I cannot find fault with this hotel and would definately reccomend to others. If it had air conditioning and had a bit of a refurb, it would be 5 star in my opinion.

i stayed at coral beach at the end of june/ beg of july. it really is a hotel for everyone and is colse to the beach shops and nightlife (but is far enough away to have a peaceful night). the pool is all one depth which we thought was a bad point and the service at the pool bar was poor however there was plenty of places to eat nearby.would recommend coral beach to others and would go back myself
