This hotel has everything you need!:). They renovated it perfectly!!! The bathroom is spacious and they give you all the toiletries you need, there's coffee, wine etc available on-site. They have hot water kettle in the room... They have 120 outlets, 240 converters in the bathroom wall. The breakfast is great!!! They have bacon , eggs, pastries, vegetables, amazing cheese and fruit spread, great coffee!!!! Excellent, as it's delicious and a nice variety, so you could eat something different every morning 🌅🍳🍪🍮😋The air-conditioning was great and so nice, as Rome was having a heat wave while we were there. The customer service was 10 ... Everyone was willing to help and accomdate any requests we had. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful Roman hotel!:)

I recently stayed at Hotel Diocleziano and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. However, what truly set my stay apart was the incredible staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with different team members, to name a few, Karen, Leonardo, Alessandro, Raluca and Elvys and each one was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend Hotel Diocleziano for anyone seeking an outstanding stay in Roma. When in Roma, here is where I will stay!

The staff were excellent to deal with and the location of the hotel is ideal for the bus/ train. The walk leading to the hotel smelt excessively of urine from the homeless. Walking in the area at night didn’t seem to be the safest.

Hotel is with a small elevator but to reach the elevator there a stairs. We have to carry our heavy luggage with little help from the reception personal up the stairs. Reception was nice but not really helpful and friendly. Termini Station is very near.

Incredible staff that went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience. Our only regret is not staying in this hotel longer. The two girls at the concierge were so kind, they made our first night in Rome perfect. Thank you to an amazing hotel with amazing staff! We will be back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Diocleziano for one night in Rome! It is an older hotel with furnishings and decor that are a little dated, but the excellent service, high end touches, fantastic breakfast buffet, and convenient location made this a perfect and very enjoyable stay! When we checked in we were welcomed warmly by the professional yet friendly staff, making for a great first impression (thanks in particular to David!). We had a train to catch the morning we left and it was an easy stroll to Termini. Walkable to the Colosseum and Monti, and to the Centro storico. A great choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Diocleziano! The staff was so kind and helpful. They helped me plan excursions and transfers even before we arrived. The staff greeted us kindly when we arrived and made our stay most enjoyable! I can not say enough wonderful compliments about this hotel. I would definitely return here and recommend highly!

Everything easy and good. Its a boutique hotel when its at the best. A free champagne in the bar, friendly reception and the best breakfast I have seen for long - even in 5 start hotels. So - dont hesitate using the hotel. Troels from Denmark.

This is a great hotel for a stay in Rome. Short walk to main Termini railway station, excellent restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. The staff were great with suggestions and advice. I will definitely stay there again.

7 minutes walk from the main train station (Roma Termini). You are welcomed by the friendly staff and they are helpful and good in service. The porter helped us move the luggage to the room (perhaps it's because the elevator is old but we have no problem with it) and he is very nice. Surroundings is a bit busy and noisy after 8:30am so if you want to open windows, you might not want to stay in the room too late. You can close the window and the room is completely silent though. For some people who is sensitive to smell, there might be a bit smelly sparingly when you're facing the street with huge garbage boxes. Room itself is cozy but Roma is bit dusty. The room is as clean as it can though (the dust might be from the carpet). Breakfast is not bad and the awesome thing is that they replenish your minibar everyday for free - that is 2 soft drinks, 1 juice and 2 bottles of water. When you go out of the hotel, you're asked to hand over the key to the front desk. I found that interesting but again we've no problem with that. Lastly, on one day their water boiler was broken so they had no hot water supplied for shower from 11am to the next day 10am. They halved our room rate so we're level with that. Not so great hardware but great services from the front desk. You should try sauna there too. Overall good experience and will recommend.
