It’s been years since we stayed here. Definitely the rooms are dated but clean. We had an issue with heating and was addressed quickly and fixed. In the interim we were given room heater. The pools are excellent and sorry to see the massages and facials were no longer offered here. They do refer you to the Miracle Hot Spring Hotel for massages and has the same owner. Some would be disappointed in the agreed rooms….

The room was so dirty, the carpet was so dirty and smelled so bad, there were hair from previous guest on the bed, dust every where, terrible experience, never come back to this hotel.

The hotel was built in 1950 so it's a little step back into time. Their is a gate around the building and parking which made us feel comfortable. The Natural Hot Mineral Water pools make this hotel unique the hotel is a little rundown but what do you expect for the price.

I have always loved this place to get away and relax, however, this time there were way too many kids who were running around and yelling with no parental supervision at all. It was not at all relaxing. It’s very unfortunate, I don’t know if I am coming back. There needs to be a curfew For these kids and it needs to be enforced.

They just came out with a new menu and all the prices have taken a pretty big jump. Before it was a nice place to eat and enjoy the outside but I took one look at the new prices and walked out. 16 bucks for a hamburger is nuts. Overall enjoyed the visit. They do have hanging extension cords draped over the some of the balconies and from the trees which looks pretty bad. Been that way for years. Prices for this place are all over the map depending on the day. I would say, if its 100 or less per night, you should enjoy your visit.

No sheers on the curtains, so full light out full dark. Ice machine broken, no ice on site. TV did not work. Mattress was probably 50 y/o and awful as we're the pillows.
Perks were the room was HUGE. biggest hotel room I've seen in a long time but since it was just me it didn't make a difference. I was there for 12 hrs, next time I'll pick a different place.

The best part was the check in, after that everything went downhill. The hotel is incredibly dirty on the outside. The rooms are unkept. While I was showering someone from maintenance claim I put in a service call. There is not even a way to communicate with the front desk. The ice machine was broken, television wouldn’t turn on and the rooms are not ADA accessible.

Stayed on the bottom floor for the first time, I would not recommend it. You can hear everything going on upstairs, and it is very noisy. And that this place is always a good time, great, hot tubs, and pools in a sauna. Also pretty close to Joshua tree. Diner has really good food and the cocktail lounge has really good drinks and karaoke, which is an added bonus.

This place was amazing we loved that the pools are 24hours. The restaurant was delicious we ate there the whole time on our tip we will be coming back soon already planning our next tip. The water was amazing and the temperature are great! Pools were cleaned every day the life guards even cleaned the pool for us with a net! Super friendly staff. Only problem was the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Another nice visit! The pools were very clean and enjoyable. The new vending machine room needs to be brought up to code. Loose extension cords laying around and the food in the vending machine looked old and was melting down the front. Didnt look safe or up to code. Nice idea but if you are going to do something, it needs to be done right.

Justin was probably the most rude associate i have ever encountered. He wouldnt listen to any of my questions about my options during a scheduling dilemma I had and even accussed me of fraud. He told me he didnt believe anything I said because "this is desert hot springs"
I hope you guys learn very quickly that you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Everybody else was great that I encountered and so helpful.

I loved that i felt comfortable with my family as others were also there with family. Everyone was doing their own thing and i love that we had so much fun. And the staff assisted us in all of our concers quickly. We are definitely coming back.

Coffee maker broke into 4 pieces upon opening to pour water into ressrvoir, asked front desk for new one, 2 hours later, never showed up still. Hair was on shower wall. Pools were extremely dirty!

This hotel is a good value option. The staff was great and the bar and restaurant were top notch. They had fenced and secure parking for guests which was nice. Room was large and the HVAC and refrigerator worked well. The property is old. No hiding that fact. However, keeping the price and your expectations in alignment is key. We enjoyed the stay and the cost was on point.

This place was horrible. They charged my card and i didnt even stay there. The place did not look like their pictures at all. The courtyard and pools were dirty. It looked unsafe so we didnt even check in. We parked inside and had a hard time getting out cause the gate would not open. Do not say there
