Staff was friendly and helpful and the place was super clean inside and out, breakfast was good as well. Hot tub was hot and the pool was coooool... Absolutely zero complaints from us

Solid travel hotel for drivers with a family.

Booked this hotel specifically because it said pet friendly. Checked in and were told they weren’t and was charged $125 fee. Told them I booked and even left a note saying I was bringing dogs and no one called to tell me otherwise. Their response was “you booked through a third party site and they aren’t always correct”

We had been on the road for hours when we finally got to the hotel. When we opened the door to our room, not only was it clean, it smelled great! You don't realize how much that matters until you have been traveling across the country.

This is one of three Holiday Inns that I have stayed in in the last two weeks. I will say they were all three equally clean, I felt very safe. Good breakfasts. I have been very pleased. Thank you!!!!

Comfortable stay for a one day overnight. Make sure your room is not positioned near where they are making breakfast. Cook was blaring music early in the am and woke us up. Other than that, a great stay!

Excellent property and efficient staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The rooms was clean, got a king size bedroom with pull out bed couch and everyone was comfortable with lots of room to move. So many outlets, with kids with tablets there was a place everywhere for a charger to be. All in all it was a great experience.

Positive: Great shower. Negative: Could hear neighbor- tv bathroom. Could see light from next room

Nice for a short stay in Rolla

This was the most amazing stay!!! Hailey at the front desk was very welcoming at check in and was sure to inform us about everything without us even asking ! She was so sweet and you could tell she enjoys her job! Russell overheard us talking about having to go to the front desk and get towels for the pool when we were walking around checking everything out and ran immediately and grabbed towels ! The beds were super comfy the water pressure was great the pool was a little chilly but it is winter time we kind of expect that (we still had fun in it!) wish the hot tub was functional but it is what it is! The breakfast and breakfast staff was exceptional! And when we went to fix a busted hose on our car upon departure Craig came out and asked if there was anything he could do to help! Even the housekeeper made sure to tell us to have a great weekend! I gotta say they are definitely doing something right at this hotel!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable getaway!

Just found out I paid 40.00 More by using Expedia. Won’t do that again

Stayed because indoor pool & hot tub were advertised but hot tub wasn’t working (apparently hasn’t been for a while) & pool was luke warm.

The property was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broke and the “heated” pool was cold.

From the moment I checked in with Craig, the entire experience was fantastic! Very clean, very friendly staff, the king bed was amazing and the shower was phenomenal! (I'm almost 6' and the shower head was very high and the water pressure was fantastic!) I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks! Patti Anne

Nice interior upgrades that were well thought out. Shower had amazing water pressure and bed was very comfy. A wide assortment of food for complimentary breakfast. Definitely would stay there again.

Chose this hotel for amenities of free breakfast and has a pool & hot tub. Breakfast was nice. Pool & hot tub were both broken we learned upon check in, very disappointing.
