Dirty! Simply vacuuming everyday would be nice. the stairs were dirty. The baseboard trim was falling off the wall in my room. needs updating for sure. One of the beds looked like someone stepped on it with dirty shoes. I went and purchased a blanket to sleep on. the door to the lobby was broke with duct tape added to it

Breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy, got what we expected for the price. Location was most important: visiting a nearby college for visit.

This hotel has maintenance issues(toilet broken, door lock not working). The owners need to fix stuff in this facility. It also seemed understaffed, but there were not many guests either, so it was adequate and the gals working there were very friendly and helpful when we did need something. Once we got a different room where things weren’t broken, all was good.

The room was clean and for the most part in good physical condition. It was quiet, the TV and the WiFi worked well. It was convenient to I-44 and we could walk over to a Steak and Shake for dinner. The lobby coffee was quite good.

The receptionist was humorless and rather disheveled. The breakfast was horrible. The scrambled eggs and sausage were stone cold. We had to get someone to put them in a microwave in a back area. Then the pancake batter machine wouldn't dispense batter. Had to get help with that. The tub drain was rusty and unattractive. The bed linen was clean but very light weight. So much so that we had to double them up to stay warm.

Front desk person tried to put us in a room that was already booked. Gave us another room and the lock didn't work properly.

The place was comfortable and cozy. Price, breakfast, rooms and hospitality was great.

We had cold showers and the toilet ran all night. Also, stains all over the carpet. When I checked out I told the lady at the desk. She did say sorry that the boiler was out and it was supposed to be fixed the day before. She didn’t offer a discount or anything for a future stay. Very disappointing. $100 paid for a night of no sleep and a nice cold shower. We should of slept in our truck😡

Waffles good, eggs and sausage dry. Maybe provide other meat than pork.

Dirty soiled towels with blood and sticky smudges countertops. Dusty rooms with cups behind TV stand and refrigerator.

We liked the breakfast

Guy checking us in did not tell us room number, Wi-Fi password, handed us keys. Tub was horribly filthy, and did not drain, stains in carpet, walls had dirt all over it. Toilet seat was broken so it would snap every time you sat on it. Picture of water in tub is after a quick 10 minute shower.

Breakfast was ordinary. Ran out of grits. Dog exercise area.

The front door is small and hard to find. Carpet needs cleaned and bathroom updated. Cost too much for the quality.

Nice motel, I had stayed there under a different name several years ago.

The pool is outdoors and was closed. Breakfast was above cool but below warm.

I won't go back. No streaming t.v. OLD furniture. Bed was terrible.

Apparently there was a free breakfast, but I was gone by the time it was available.
