Very comfortable and quiet rooms, queen and two single beds for family with teenagers is always more comfortable than the fold out couch option, so we were very happy. Location is great with 3 min walk to centre of town. Secure parking is a bonus as well. Breakfast nice with something for everyone.

Overnight stop. Nice, welcoming staff and great room although smaller than I'd imagined. I was led to believe the parking provided would be free but that wasn't the case.

A friendly hotel with pleasant rooms. I received exactly what I had hoped for when I made my booking.

We were dissapointed that there were a lot of building materials laying around the outside the hotel. Our room was big and clean but there was no lights on the 3rd floor landing were the room was. I found it rather sloppy as it was difficult to open room door, had to use torch on the mobile to touch electronic lock properly. Perhaps there should be a message on the listing that the hotel is undergoing building work.

The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter suggested to refund me of my prepaid hotel charges and go find other hotels in Beaune, but I knew it was very little vacancy during long weekend holidays in France. I had no option but keep staying in. Hotel also does not provide kettle and tissue paper.

The location is perfect for seeing the town and getting to and from the vineyards. For the price you probably can’t get a better deal.

Nice and close to Beaune center. We were happy to have a room for three at the last moments. The place was simple and basic but met our needs.

Rooms are dark as Exterior Window Shutters are permanently closed. Very small TV under the ceiling. Old curtain cover the space where you can only hang the close but no shelfs. Staff is very friendly at the reception.

The hotel is a little old-fashioned and worn down, but everything is neat and clean. Air conditioing worked well. There is a parking on the hotel that they charge for, but there is also a free parking on the street just outside. Close to the city center.

Great location with big and secure parking lot where a SUV with bikes and roof box can fit in without any problem. The family room and premises deserve refurbishment, but A/C works great. Bathroom was renovated and clean.

Reception staff appear to work around the clock all hours and still able to provide a great welcome.

Our stay was very comfortable. Staff really friendly. We could not get into our room at the promised time, but then all over Europe there is a shortage of staff, so that was undertandable. And it was only late by half an hour or so.

Located centrally, good access to historical part of town. Air conditioning was a god send in near 40°c heatwave. Slight confusion over bill was quickly and professionally sorted out.

Check in was incredibly fast and nice. We arrived by car and was welcomed with the key to the room and instruction of how to park - without leaving our car :-) Everything was nice and smooth except for the lady in the breakfast room - she was rude and not service oriented. Covid restrictions must of course be observed - but mistakes can be corrected with charm.

The hotel is well placed. But the walls are a bit thin. I could hear the guest in the next room through the walls. Le personnel était très gentil et l'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville, près de tout.

Excellent location in Beaune with secure, easy parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had meticulous attention to detail regarding COVID measures - we felt very safe at this location.
