The staff was superb and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. I have an injury and they kept my ice packs frozen and helped make another one when the bigger one was not useful. Ashley welcomed us by making sure we got correct driving instructions, she hand wrote us a welcome note and gave us a little delicious treat! My daughter and i both were very fond of Ashley right away! She made us feel like we belong there as part of a family. The entire staff blew us away with their positive attitude and welcoming spirit. We felt very special. You are very lucky to work with these amazing staff members, each and everyone of them remembered us and made us feel at home. Your entire staff shines brighter than any other hotel we have been to downtown. Small hotel with huge heart and soul. We hope they will all be there when we return.

the hotel was amazing! 10/10 would recommend but i will say the one downside was the parking situation.

Overall a nice hotel and staff. There was an extra fee $20 “amenity fee” per night which is annoying but not a big deal. The breakfast was outrageously expensive. We did their breakfast buffet for two which was $30 per person for a luke warm continental style breakfast. It was nothing special. Then to get billed almost $80 for just the breakfast (tax and service charge were an additional $20) is ridiculous. $80 for breakfast for two people!

Soaking tub was amazing!

The people are excellent. They are doing the best they can in spite of the construction. All the reasons I booked this hotel - the cool spaces, outdoor space, views, etc. - were unavailable due to the renovations. I wish I knew this when booking. Feels like I got baited and switched.

This was our 2nd stays at this hotel & once again we loved it. When we booked we requested room on higher floor & they gave us on higher floor & corner unit & view was amazing. Staff is amazing the go beyond to help you out with anything. The only thing kind me bothers me the Bele parking is so expensive $62 usd that should be around $30. If they reduce the bele parking fee that be great. We will be coming back soon to same hotel.

They are in the middle of a rebranding so with that, some of the exterior and the main floor lobby are all under construction. Saying that, I had a very pleasant stay, staff were lovely and helpful, the room was immaculate - spotlessly clean etc. There is no construction noise outside of the usual business hours, but even at that, I can't say it was loud at all and I was right above the exterior/outdoor site. Location is great. Parking was easy as you can self park or do valet parking.

We stayed over the 4th of July due to proximity to fireworks and some older reviews stating fireworks were visible from the room. They have since built a large apartment building across the street which blocked any view. Area was safe and walkable and the Whole Foods is steps away. The room was just OK and looked a little tired. This hotel could do with some updates. I recommend requesting a room on an upper floor as there was quite a bit of noise from a restaurant on the lower level.
