The front lobby is filthy. The first room they put me in was not cleaned, toilet urine stains, cobwebs in the bathroom. The room floor hadnt been cleaned. I asked for a second room. That one was still dirty but not as bad as the first. The bigger problem was the door did not lock. The desk lady said she would refund my money and i went to a different hotel. I still ended up getting charged for the room through hotels.com

The location was great close to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the room needs to be updated and or a Deep cleaning. The pool was green and closed.

The room was dirty and smelled really bad. We couldn’t even stay there. We went someplace else.

Old facility, but overall not bad

The room I got was dirty and the bed looked like someone slept in it . The bathroom was dirty , someone used the toilet and didn’t flush, maybe the housekeeper? The tray where the coffee maker was on was dirty and stuck to the counter and there were ants present . The WiFi did not work . There was loud noice outside my room til after midnight . I did not get any sleep during my stay. No coffee in the morning due to the unsanitary conditions. I will not stay in that place again . Oh and the pool was nasty green and not clean to use either .

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Paid for two rooms. One didn’t have any hand soap, shampoo and body wash. One room had a crappy AC. My husband asked for another room and it was the same old AC so we decided to stay in the original room next to his parents. The toilet had a ring of dirt , I guess it needs deep cleaning. The rooms had a refrigerator and microwave, those worked fine. The pool was green , I guess no one would like to use it that way. The office wasn’t clean and with a horrible appearance. The area was quiet and the mattress comfy although the sheets are old they were clean. The shower has enough hot water. For a place with three digits heat they need a better air conditioner. The first night it was so hot and the ac wouldn’t cool the room for hours, didn’t sleep well that night. There was no house keeping done in both rooms and we stayed for two nights. Will definitely not stay here again.

The location of this property to restaurants, etc. in the small town of Bishop are the only positive I can give. The rest ranged from disappointing to disgusting. The room wreaked of a bad smell when we first opened the door and remained until we left (two nights total). The air conditioner was broken -- it blew warm air. The "filter needs changing" light was on. Just below the air conditioner was the sink, which did not work at all. The likely reason was that the water hose running from the wall to the faucet was lying loose on the countertop. The trim around the beds was tattered and soiled. The bathroom was bare, and it looked like chewing from either terrestrial termites or ants had spewed from a crack in the wall. During the first night, small dogs barked in the adjacent room nonstop. The water in the swimming pool was a dark brown. The only reason we stayed the second night was that there were absolutely no vacancies in nearby hotels due to the Labor Day weekend. This property took first place as worst hotel I've ever stayed in (saying a lot since I've stayed in pretty spartan places). I would stay away unless absolutely necessary

There were ants all over toilet when we got there. Nobody in the front office at 0900 for checking out. I was charged for two nights instead of one. I was told I would get a refund for by Travelocity and the hotel manager and still haven't received it. I Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

There is no functioning pool. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. The TV did not work. The room was ABSOLUTELY INFESTED with spiders and ants. Literally had ants crawling in the bed. Some websites advertise breakfast for this place but this was not available. The office manager or owner was nice enough but the standard of cleanliness was frankly horrifying and the blatant misrepresentation of amenities is borderline scammy.

Office Mgr. was pleasant. Bed and Bathroom were clean and fresh. Fire alarm was not connected. AC unit not working. No washcloths or soap and tissue. Outside the pool was dirty and closed. Outside needed a good sweeping and wash down.

Staff worked hard to try and make everything nice, hotel room was nice and clean . Restroom was tired and needed maintenance. I always try and stay in smaller hotels and would stay again.

The manager was very accomodating and gave me a room w car park in front and close to the office. This was very helpful to me! The bed was really big and fluffy and comfortable.. Everything was clean and frig and microwave enhanced the convenience. Thank you!

You can have an old Hotel but keep it clean!

Pool was green, ants in the doorway and inside the room. Grounds were dirty, floor inside the room was dirty. Sink was not working. AC didnt work, remote didnt work, tv stayed on one channel, with Stupid Southpark on so we, (my 8 and 9 yr old grandkids were with me), turned it off, inappropriate for kids.

The hotel was very dirty from the lobby to the room. The lobby smelled and had hair everywhere on the carpet. Outside our room was trash and a trash can overflowing. The pool was closed and was color green. Inside our room the towels had dirty spots and hair. The coffee machine had big dust particles on it as well as the tray below it. All surfaces and the floor was dirty with hair and dust. The bathtub and toilet was dirty. My friends and I did not feel safe using anything in the room. We were not going to dry our face with towels that contained other peoples hair, we were not going to make ourselves a coffee in the dusty machine, we were not going to step into the dirty bathtub, and we were not going to place our food in a mini refrigerator with spill marks. We ended up telling the front desk and we were informed that it was not cleaned today as they forgot even though we arrived an hour after the check in time. If it was not “cleaned” then why were the beds made and the towels hung on the rack folded. Everything seemed as if it was “ready” to be used but not cleaned at all. We were not given a refund and had to go somewhere else. The pictures of the hotel did not reflect how it was today.

It was not well maintained. Ants were in the room and bathroom.

Soap/shampoo in bathroom was not refilled. But front office lady handed me soap, so all good.

the room was clean there was ant problem in the room also the Electronic card key did not the second day when to front office to have it fix .

This property is a one star best. It was not clean, there were ants in the hotel room, the toilet had not been cleaned in sometime, The bed wasn’t comfortable, it was extremely dated, the pool was green, and there was trash outside of our door when we walked in for the first time. I’m not sure I’d stay here if this place was free.

The lady was nice but the room and property was extremely dirty had ants and spiders they never came to clean the room I did it took two hours that’s how bad it was

The check in was fast. However the room felt short in cleanliness. The floors were dirty with lots of dust and hair. The shower curtain had mold in the bottom. There were toiletries dispensers but the shampoo and body was were empty. I wanted to use the pool but this one was closed and for the looks of it for a very long time. Overall if you dont have another option, stay there but if not, I would suggest you look for an alternative or another town to stay

The pool was unavailable. I came on Father's Day and the pool was green and now on July 13th the pool is still green there was plenty of time to get that fixed I would never ever come back or recommend this hotel.

Found dirty underwear and a bar of soap from the previous guest in one of the drawers. Sheets had lots of holes, and in general it didn’t really seem like the room was cleaned too closely before we arrived. Floors were covered in hair, presumably from a dog or something, but it was clear the floor hadn’t been cleaned

Check in was at 3 pm but the room was not ready until 5:30 pm once in the room, there were no towels and trash can in the room. Also, the handle to the shower was missing and the hand soap in the sink was out. Items in the refrigerator were left over don't know since when.

It was horrible experience… our AC was old and it wasn’t working.. we went to talk at the office and the lady just told us to open the window… we got a 2 year old baby and it was super hard to sleep that night also the room was full of ants, the beds the bathroom everything… we just move to another hotel for our last 2 nights!!! We didn’t ask for refund because it was just a totally lost of time and of course money … please don’t waste your money on this hotel!!!

The Direct TV did not work. Even after the hotel staff ‘fixed it’, it immediately went berserk. So we gave up. There was mold in the lower 1/4 of the shower. At 1208 am, the smoke alarm started chirping. I had to get up and reset it. On the good side…. Friendly staff that tried to help.

For a road side motel it was clean, cute, and quiet. Some amenities were lacking (washers were not working properly and we didn’t have towels in the room) but otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by the room.

We had a poor experience here overall. Reservations were easy thru Expedia and got checked in by the friendly staff. The pool had no water in it. We got up to the room and there were no towels. Checked back with the front desk woman who promised to send someone up. It was clear it had not been cleaned. We noticed ants on the table and followed them into the microwave, which had food inside. It was disappointing. We left and I can only give 5 stars to Expedia for fully refunding us. I appreciated the front desk woman for agreeing to the refund.

Absolutely filthy, trash on floor, bugs, floss sticks trash all over room. Towels dirty, half a roll of toilet paper, stained bedding.

BED BUGS!!! Non flushing toilet, no blanket on bed, more bugs in sink. Filthy stagnant water in pool. Lots of druggy homeless types in and around buildings. Horrible. Desk person immediately processed full refund. SHE KNEW. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Expedia cust svc rep was awesome (prafful) and confirmed full refund
