This trip was a stop-over for a family trip. The hotel was fine. Very nice and helpful evening staff. Convenient location.

The overall stay was good. I would stay again.
The layout of the double Queen was standard and the bathroom was a good size. Included two makeup wipes, hand soap and lotion, shampoo and conditioner, body wash. Microwave, mini fridge, single cup Keurig. Breakfast was decent with nice options.
The beds were on the softer side and was squeaky getting in and out of both of them. I do check the sheets for anything and there were multiple pieces of hair on both beds. So not sure about how well the cleaning actually is. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

We got a good restaurant recommendation from the front desk. Our room was a first floor room for handicapped people but we took it because it was the only one available for early check in. The sink has no cabinet storage and the microwave is on a very low shelf…all these accommodations are for handicapped persons but we managed okay with them. We just will be aware of a 1st floor room in the future.
The breakfast was goo and the breakfast room attendant (Tim?) was very helpful for us and some kids who needed help with the pancake machine. Nice guy.

We did not have working air in our room. So there was no a/c and the window only opened a few inches. We couldn’t be moved because there wasn’t another room that fit our family.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was spotless, lots of amenities and comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect! Easy parking. We will stay here again!
