I love the old hotel feel but modern amenities

Lovely small hotel in heart of Ellensburg. Convenient, safe & comfortable rooms. Staff friendly, competent & efficient. Disappointed that bar/facilities on limited schedule.😟

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the parking. We arrived back from a concert around midnight. The parking lot designated for the hotel is very small. It was full when my daughter and I returned. We were directed to some street parking still relatively close but slightly further away. I didn't feel as confident about the safety of my car parked in the street. The hotel had an armed police officer upstairs, visible, when we arrived. That was both comforting and concerning. We notiecd when we drove in that we were next to the circuit court, across from which was a bail bond business with a sign reading, "Because lunch in prison sucks". And further down the street is a pawn shop. The town itself is darling and unique; clearly it is undergoing a positive transformation. But because we had to park in the street, I was left to feel a bit uneasy. The only other thing would be the little concession "closet". You folks reeeeally need to offer some healthy alternatives if not a few more substantial snacks (cheese, nuts). Other than that our stay was awesome. Love the Early Bird restaurant across the street for breakfast, really efficient! Great, freaky, weird, but fun giant puppet store nearby. Had a great time. Would come again.

This hotel felt European but with American comforts, the rooms were well apportioned and thought out, a table by couch to set drink, reading lights, coffee service, nice linens. Was very happy with my accommodations and the staff were all super friendly and helpful

Everything was great! My only advice is dont get a room across from the elevator, its noisy and not everyone adheres to the quiet time.

Checked in late at night for a room, and staff was super helpful and friendly. Felt safe when I have never been in the area, and the quality of the hotel were excellent.

Nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Offered small bites in the lobby for guests.

Property was extremely overpriced. They didn’t tell us about the complimentary breakfast and their car charging ports didn’t work. The shower was filthy as Well.

The check in staff were very gracious and kind. The room and amenities were top notch! Love relaxing on the roof top. The hotel was quiet, but the street noises (trucks/motorcycles/garbage trucks at 4am outside window) did make it a restless night.

Lovely host on reception made us feel welcome and overall it was a very pleasant stay, comfortable beds and a good night's sleep are a major plus!

Windrow was a pleasant surprise! The hotel was clean and classy. The room was comfortable and well appointed especially for this price range.

We went out of our way to stay here for the second time this week. We have stayed a few other times and they have alwaus been and consistent each time. Clean, comfortable, great pricing. Highly recommended

This hotel is so much nicer than big chain hotels. If you love boutique hotels, this hotel is for you. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel is quite and clean. My room had a very comfortable bed. It's located in a safe area within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional yet friendly. They have first hand knowledge of their city and even give you a tourist walking map. I loved this place.

Disappointing! For a higher end boutique hotel, it was lacking. Very noisy air system in our room, bathroom shower had apparent mildew, floors not clean. The in-house Restaurant was closed 35 min early (9:25am) on a Sunday morn for breakfast when we came down, no explanation.
