No pool, out of service ☹️ …. No where did it say that making reservation so disappointed. Ceiling fan about to fall and no exhaust fan in bathroom, which is run down. A lot of people smoking at front door. Beware of the elevator!!!! It’s a ruff ride….Oh breakfast was good 👍

This was horrible, when you get in the room you can smell someone recently sprayed for bugs. We did not see any our first night be we were planning on like a week of stay almost wanting to extend.
So many roaches, came home late night 2 and there was almost ten when we flicked on the bathroom lights they were around the tub toilet and climbing the doors. We reported this but they could not move us. In the morning we were given no compensation even our second part of the booking had been sold out. My fiance was sick from the fumes. I went some where else for the rest of my stay this was horrible.

The hotel was a little disappointing. One of the main reasons we went with this hotel is because of the hot tub. Knowing we would be busy and I have arthritis. It would be a godsend to be able to soak. Turns out that the hot tub was filled in with concrete. But the picture shows that it exists. The elevator had a loud bang every time it became to the first floor and we were just told that that was normal. The air conditioner in our room was leaking all the way to the middle of the floor. When we found it at 10 o’clock at night, we just use towels because we didn’t wanna have to move to another room at that hour.

First night had problems with A/,C noisy. Had to shut off and just had ceiling fans. Toilet wouldn't work until I opened it up and fixed. Remote didn't work had to go down and get batteries and put them in. But room was clean.

I've read the other reviews and fall to the side of the outstanding rather than the really bad but this is a hotel that goes through as a sleepover Hotel. there was nothing absolutely brilliant there was nothing absolutely awful. We had a really good night here good breakfast but we didn't use the pool

Is in a good location, very quiet but the room was terrible, dirty, hairs in shower and hot tub, no housekeeping when advertised to change sheets and towels daily. No manager on site wjen tried to get help at the hotel.

Housekeeping not done for 4 days because short staffed, breakfast terrible. No grass for pets. Rooms smell damp. Loud, no control over noisy guests- kids running down passage after 10pm.
I would not recommend staying here. Management solution is to say you can check out earlier if you want than planned.

Room was old, shabby and not very clean.Furniture looked like from a thrift store. No ventilation in bathroom. Toilet and tub had hair that wasn’t ours. Tv was small. Couldn’t control the air conditioner as blank display on wall control. No device charging available. Tub was very shallow and bottom warped. No extra blankets.

No microwave in the breakfast area. Could not warm up butter for waffles. They keep butter in fridge so it was not user friendly for waffles or toast. Table was not washed before we sat down so just covered sticky spots with napkins. Scrambled eggs were loose - I prefer them not so mushy. They tasted fine though. Beds are hard so I laid out pillows to sleep on. TV in room was really small. Tub was a step up so when I got out it was a large step down to bathroom floor. I jolted my knee because it was unexpected. Staff was friendly. Nice to have tile floors versus spotty carpets. There were several restaurants right across the street.

The floors were filthy my baby was in his walker and in less than 5 minutes his feet were so black from the floors and everything felt damp

If you saw WallE from Disney Pixar: the little robots friend was in the elevator with us. But don’t worry, he lived to see another day.

2 out of 3 nights had dog next to us and across the hall , anytime a door closed or someone was in the hall they started barking, guess I should have called front desk

In general, the accommodations were satisfactory. The only issue during my stay was not the hotel's fault; the room next to mine had children crying, screaming, and playing with the swing door until 2 AM. This door is shared between both rooms. Quiet hours should be enforced consistently.

The price was right and the location was near where I needed to be. It looked dated. The brunch was sufficient for a quick bite. There is laundry but only one washer and dryer. The pool was out of service. The best part was the front desk staff, super helpful!

I’ve booked multiple stays at this hotel and every time I do, I enjoy it. I absolutely love the way the ladies at the front desk greeted me! By far they’re the best! I will continue booking my family stays here!

It has all types of coffee and tea and ice cold water cookies and mints lots of parking fast checking in lots of towels and little dove shampoo conditioner and body lotion the breakfast was delicious and different everyday and fresh beds are very comfortable lots of pillows and great air conditioner
