We stay here for a work trip two night’s, and it’s was very good for the price that we pay, the air conditioning works good, good beds and nice staff.

Last minute booking for $100. Bargain! Clean and spacious and pretty comfortable. Great budget hotel. Pool area wasn’t cleaned, but it was spring and raining.

Tough to access off Holcomb Bridge Road going west.

Rude customer services. Security deposit was held for more than 3 weeks after checked out. When called, I was asking to check with my bank first. Absolutely not recommend.

There was a mix-up on check-in: they didn't have our reservation readily handy and there was some confusion. Having a light switch as you come into the room to light the bed/main area would be nice.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Immediate view of the room was good...seemed clean. Then late at nighy, when we got ready to go to sleep, we found bedbugs!

I am disabled and walk with a cane. When I arrived at the registration desk to check in, the staff member was training a new staff member. Okay, I understand. But the training process took so long that I had to tell the staff member that I needed to sit down because I could not stand up so long through the complete trading process. After making this request, fortunately, the training immediately stopped and the staff member took over and quickly completed the registration. I believe the staff person who was trying someone was short sided. Firstly, I walk with a cane and was walking very, very slow to the front desk. I was the only person checking in. Secondly, when I arrived to the desk I asked if there were any accessibility rooms available. I was told all the accessibility rooms were sold out. Okay, I just took a normal room I purchased online for the evening. My concern here is that the front desk staff knew I was disabled in two ways and still took a trainee through a long-term process making me wait for a long time as he trained the new employee for registration. This was a poor decision. He should have stopped the training and took care of me quickly to provide no delay for my registration without me having to ask to sit down while he was training someone. I was in a lot of pain last night and was having trouble walking and standing. The staff person was more interested in training the new staff member than assessing my needs as a disabled customer.

The pool was broken. The bathroom fan, broken. The AC in the gym, broken. The side doors leading in from the parking lot, broken. All the vending machines, broken. The hotel lost power for several mins during thunderstorm The bar closes at 9pm

In top 2 favorite after 8 days on road.

Pool was nice to use

There were events in the hotel that allowed music to BOOM through the rooms most of the night. Guests are secondary to the events that they had booked. I’ll never stay there again.

Location near all restaurants, supermarket (driving) Staff pleasant and accommodating

Everything was acceptable and satisfactory. Needed a hotel close to my son’s sports tournament. This worked. No complaints. Breakfast is not included. Allowed late checkout for 12pm.

The first two nights all i could smell in my room was marijuana smoke from the other rooms full construction workers for two of the 5 night stay. The lobby bar never opened the entire 5 night stay. Breakfast was not very desirable. Room was clean but the toilet paper holder was hanging by a thread and the poor craftsmanship on repairs was quite apparent. The security doors on my end of the building were broken and the elevator looked a little rough. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice property within walking distance to restaurants.

The linen and towels were dirty. The building is extremely outdated. It just seemed a bit sketchy for the brand and location.

Clean place and looks pretty good. Surrounding areas are clean and safe. The 8$ breakfast is not worth it. Some sausage patties, scrambled egg and biscuits. Not worth the money they charge for it. A little away from the city, but okay during a busy long weekend.

The check in person was extremely nice and accommodating but I had to change rooms due to tv issues.

The property was clean and the staff was friendy and very detail oriented. Great outdoor pool.
