They canceled muy reservation without any notice. I am not sure if I should complain or be thankful because the place looks and smells horrible and the people tending the place are not interested in being of any help

Dirty rooms with bugs (lots of mosquitoes), noisy air conditioner.

I liked thebreakfast. What I didn't like is that the tap water has a bad smell, is weird because the shower doesn't.

We were especially impressed with the nice breakfast every day. The room was very nice, and service was excellent. My only issue is that the beds are very hard, so we moved a pad from one bed to the other, to add an extra layer.

The staff is really mean and inefficient.

The safe box is not working,I call to be replaced,the compressor of the wall A/C unit has a lot noise/vibration,the King bed need new or more comfortable mattres are very hard.

Overall rating due to the breakfast options, during our stay there were only eggs and beans everyday, they need to have more options.

Good place to stay for quick visit

Room was very clean, a very family environment. Receptionist were very helpful with check in. Their breakfast was very good only problem was service was very slow in refilling food and line was long due to the long wait. Other than that I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Great Hospitality

Excellent property. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Nice pool area. Great parking. Decent onsite restaurant. A somewhat long walk, along a busy road, to reach dinning or shopping options.

Fair price for what you get, good location, clean, internet may be better but if you use it within the shared areas it works well

The property was nice. The restaurant food was ok. The gym was small so it had limited equipment but i never saw anyone else there either. Staff was friendly.

We had a great stay. clean room, comfortable, fast checkin and out. Only comment was the window could not be closed completely (Room 315), so you could hear outside noise

I had a horrible experience with comfort inn. 1) Their so called continental breakfast is nothing but orange juice and bread. 2) They are not friendly for the international tourist. They have language barrier. 3) Their key didn’t work just before my flight and I had to wait more than one hour because of the issue and I was about to miss the flight. 4) Building is kind of old, door and decorations are pretty old fashion. 5) Swimming pool is just like 3-4 bathtubs, so don’t be fooled to see the pull. I went to take all the belongings from my room but key didn’t work, I went three times at the reception but they couldn’t fix it. I’m sharing the photo of waiting outside for the key just before my flight.

Bastante cómodo para el precio, en una buena ubicación y de fácil acceso. El cuarto es muy amplio y cómodo, aunque las camas son demasiado duras para mi gusto. El desayuno deja mucho que desear.
