Desk staff at check in very helpful and courteous. Shuttle drivers were great. Friendly professional and great with advice on where to eat what to see and how to navigate the airport. 10 stars to those guys. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast buffet was overwhelming with delicious choices. Just saw you offer stay and park? Oh yes. We will be back a lot more.

Hotel seemed like a new property as it was very clean and not worn. Quiet. Adequate breakfast. Polite and helpful staff.

I like area....room was noise from lil fridge making 2 much noise n clock was ticking loud but overall like holday expresses

I chose this property for three key reasons: 1) 24 hour airport shuttle when I knew my flight was getting in around midnight and my ride for my next step on the trip was picking me up at the airport the next day. This eased my mind that I'd be able to get in and not have to worry about late-night Ubers. 2) Location to restaurants and grocery stores. I flew in for an extended trip and Sacramento was just an overnight stop on that journey. I had no vehicle and had to stay and work a full day from that location so it was so helpful that there were restaurants for me to grab lunch and snacks for the next leg of my trip with minimal effort. The hotel was even able to hold my luggage for me so that I could walk around. 3) Ability to check out late as a member. It was an added bonus that the price was right and the room was great! Pool was also great but I didn't have time to use it unfortunately. Special shoutout to Cherie for being so helpful at breakfast! She helped me identify what foods I could eat with my dietary restrictions and we had a lovely conversation as well.

There was way too much noise coming from the outside door. Would love more dining options.

The only weird thing is you have to request maid service. I don’t know if this is new for hotels but all the ones I normally stay at this is done daily without having to ask.

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the pool appeared well cared for. Initially, there was a mix-up with my reservation, but the staff resolved it quickly and professionally. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and efficient in both directions, making my travel much easier. Although I didn’t have time to explore the area, I noticed some shopping options and restaurants or fast food places nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay
