Nice hotel. A bit out of the way but easy access via bus or taxi from solingen or Wuppertal. Nico's bar, Gate 4, just down the road very nice and super friendly.

Lovely place to stay while on a short business visit to the area. The staff was especially helpful and it was an absolute delight talking with Muhammad for both check in and at the lounge bar.

The hotel has changed ownership since the last visit, but still as clean and welcoming as previous trips. Sanitary protocols are well observed, the breakfast offered was very nice, and the beds are (still) very firm. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

Very helpful staff. Food was solid. No A/C which meant opening the window, which meant a lot of street noise. Not much to do about that. Fridge is a nice touch.

A comfortable overnight stay with an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, but in a room away from the main street traffic. Was very disturbing, but know the hotel has no control over traffic noise.

Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast included with a large variety of items- meats & cheeses, lox, rollmops(herring), breads & rolls as well as yogurts, sliced fresh fruit, cereals and hot eggs, bacon as well as carafes of hot coffee. Free parking and hotel is located on outskirts of city in a quiet section. We were fortunate that the staff at the desk spoke English and were able to help with directions to restaurants and tourist sights. There is a wurstof knives factory outlet a couple of blocks away with prices at least 50% off.

reasonable hotel. overpriced but they all are around Medica trade fair. Hotel staff very welcoming, always saying good morning or evening. room very basic. pillows were the worst, almost empty. small tip get extra pillow and stuff both inside 1 x pillowcase and tie a knot. that worked!!

We enjoyed our one night at this hotel. We did have some trouble finding it both because there was no street address on our confirmation and because the hotel name is in the process of changing. However the staff was friendly and helpful. We were a bit surprised at the price of 15 Euros per person for breakfast and didnt eat there. There was plenty if free parking, and the WiFi was adequate.
