Window did ot fully close, so it did not blocking noise from the street. No fresh towels after 1st night. Door lock did not work at check-in. Friendly staff.

Checked inn at around 21:30 the staff was very friendly,the morning staff at the reception was very rude,as the vending machine was out of order went to ask for a cup of hot water the receptionist in the morning shift said it’s closed ,no matter what when someone asks for water you shouldn’t refuse.ill never return to ibis budget hotel

We have stayed at an I is budget hotel before so we knew not expect AMAZING things. But there were a few things that were a let down. First, it felt a little run down. Rooms have like 8 layers of paint and just felt extra cheap overall (wires hanging out from TV, curtain hard to move/broke, faucet totally loose. Lobby is small, dark, and just not overall clean (there were open doors behind reception and they were just full of clutter). Parking is free...but we felt nervous for our car (which was fine) because the area felt a little sketchy (high rises all around and across from cemetery). Train station is close but we primarily wanted to visit Paris and we really regret staying so far away all because we we didn’t want to drive into Paris.

i like the location as well the comfort. Excellent service and full breakfast.

Hotel changed name and I have to repaid again and the staff told me that I must refund it from expedia by myself

Hotel is in refurbishment. From morning to evening is noise in the roms ower 85 dB. Room 107 has only one window on the side where the laundry exhaust is located. Ower all night the laundry fan was working with noise ower 75 dB. There was imposible to slip by open window. If the window is closed in the room was no fresh air, because ther eis no fresh air supply.The bett has no adeqate lights. In total one star is one star, but I give them no star at oll it this moment.

Perfectly adequate for the price. Neighbourhood was questionable and I personally was glad I was with my boyfriend at night. Good links to Paris and Disney. Can’t fault hotel staff, they were always pleasant. Breakfast basic but cheap.Only real bad side was the mattress was very firm and the rooms where hot - but easily rectified by leaving the window open. It was October however.

Great hotel for the price. Train and bus station about a 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful. Room was very hot as no air conditioning but I asked if they had a fan we could borrow and after a long day at Disney which the hotel is ideally suited for we came back to not just a fan in our room but also a double socket because there is literally only one plug socket in the room. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness of that as it meant we could charge our phones and have the fan on too. Would def stay there again if doing Disney and have been telling friends and family about it.

Me, my girlfriend and my son stayed at this hotel over Xmas 16 which seemed perfectly situated between the city and Disneyland Paris. I parked my car in the secure hotel car park and left my car key in my room whilst we utilised the public transport. On Xmas eve whilst my son was asleep, I got up to go and bring all of his presents in from the car to find that my key was missing, needless to say that my 7 year old son woke up to no presents on Christmas morning because one of the hotel staff thought it was ok to help themselves to them! The days that followed were not a nice experience trying to get back to the UK to recover my spare car key and getting my car recovered in Paris. The hotel staff were less than helpful and reluctant to put me in contact with the Police. The car park does have CCTV and I couldnt hope more that the culprit (Im assuming a cleaner) is hung out to dry.

The hotel is a good hotel close to RER A. The room is comfortable and has a small bathroom. But, at night the hotel is noisy and the room smells as cigarrete. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks spanish, english, and french.I think, for the price the room is a good option. In our case, we used this hotel to go fast to disneyland Paris which is at 20 minutos from the hotel in metro. The metro is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Another good think is that a mall is near than the hotel. However, a bad thing is that at night the hallway to connect all rooms is dark, any light is on.

Incredibily small room. Good for two close friends, nothing else

Had all we needed in a bijoux but clean room. Very good value. Near a quite big shopping centre and also quite close to the RER line which goes into Paris city centre and also to Disney at the other end of the line.
