First, they didn’t have a key to open up my room had to go down to the lobby three times finally she came and open it with her master key the place stank like vomit. We had no TV because there was no Internet. There was no towels in the restroom had to go down to lobby again for the fifth time to get some towels, the place is a dump. Couldn’t even get half of my money back. Never stay there again or anybody that wants to stay there don’t do it. They should have somebody from quality suites come down and take a look at this place. It was horrible, but I had already made reservations. It was late and I was tired.

The hotel was very dirty. There were roaches in the room. The carpet was all messed up and they had fleas. At one point it took us looking up and down the halls to find the front desk person to come help us because our key was not working. Breakfast was very very limited only two cereals and a waffle iron.

Older hotel. Needs some updating. Customer service was great.

Room was not clean, no weekend room service. Overall maintenance of this hotel is very below standards.

This is the worst hotel at which I've stayed anywhere in the world! No pool. No Wifi. No ice. Room door didn't lock. Roaches and crickets in room. Lamps didn't work. Faucets leak. A/C fan didn't turn off. Breakfast was a joke. Noisy. Smelly. Outer doors broken. Toilet stuck on. A/C unit falling apart. Curtains missing or not hung. Light bulbs missing. No Kleenex. Staff friendly but lacked resources to rectify problems. Avoid at all costs.

The first room had no electricity then the second room had a broken toilet seat.

This property lack maintenance and the basic necessities that are typical in the hotel industry. Upon check in, I was checked in a room with two light bulbs out, no towels in the room, no internet service and roaches crawling around in the room. When asked about having the light bulbs replaced I was told that I would have to wait until the next day when maintenance came in.Well, I was there two days and when I checked out today, those light bulbs still had not been replaced. After checking in I went up to the front desk to address the towel and internet issue and was told that there were no clean towels at the moment and some had to be wash. So, I asked the man to please bring me towels when he got some clean, so about midnight he brought me a set of towels. Then Saturday I went out for about six hour and came back to my room where the trash had been emptied but no towels, so after chasing down housekeeping I finally got towels. The internet was no working during my whole stay per the front desk staff. I am not sure if the just didn't want guest to use it, but I decided to try and connect anyway and was able to connect to the option that said choice hotels. I informed the front desk about the roachesthat were crawlingin my room, but they basically offer no response. I killed two in the bathroom and obe crawling near the TV and another crawling on the back of the chair by the desk, it came crawling out while I was sitting at the desk trying to eat. I will not stay there again

The nastiest hotel

Room was not available at check-in, not available 2 hours later, 1st room given was occupied, 2nd room given .was not cleaned, 3rd room given had roach in fridge. Finally cancelled reservation and drove home.

Too much chemical for cleaning was burning my eyes. It’s summer and the pool was moldy and full of debris. The breakfast was a LOT to be desired! Coffee was terrible and only had powder creamer. The lights didn’t work, the room was dark. The window unit barely worked.

Had many issues with check out, and initial check in. I’ve contacted them about an issue I had with no response still

Was able to check in only after having to pry the front door open that should have been the sign. We decided to park in the back because it would be closer and less travel. The outside door had a rock holding it open because the card reader was broken. When I say broken I mean live wires hanging out easily accessible for little kids to grab. The carpet in the halls were nasty and had food all over them especially on the 3rd floor. We then got in our room and discovered the counter surfaces had not been wiped down. The couch and floor had sticky residue on them and there were no trash bags in the trash cans and food left in the fridge. There was also 2 remotes in the room for the tv which neither worked. I walked down to the front counter and after 10 minutes gave up on trying to complain to someone in person. I would like to think the bed was clean but just in case our family slept fully clothed just in case. We loaded up to leave first thing in the morning and found waffles and bread the only options… well there was bananas so green you couldn’t eat them. That’s when I glanced outside and saw the pool. I’ve seen Galveston water cleaner than that pool. Also the person that helped us at the front desk…. Pajama bottoms, sweatshirt and flip flops. Needless to say I would not recommend this place and will be asking for a refund.

Room was good they need to be at front desk not running around to figured out what is done onr not done they need more staff that knos what is going on not trying to run on a skeleton crew to save money

Property is not maintained

The Outside looked fair. The entryway was clean. No staff in sight. Not a person in sight. My husband had to go to the hall to hail a person to check us in. I verified the room was to have a walk in shower and was told it had that, it was a handicap room. The room: looked ok at first. The lid to the A/C controls was broken off and sitting on the window sill. The baseboard was off on the window wall, held up by the bedside table. Could not put the table near the bed. A hole in the wall to the left of the TV. The bed had a metal sounding boom each and every time you either sat on it or laid on it. In the bathroom, Sink drained very slowly, and a constant drip from the TUB. Note, NO walk in shower. Therefore my husband could not bathe as desired. The bathroom floor was very slippery, even with shoes on. I showered the night of arrival 8/2. I got clean towels around 7PM on 8/3. I did tell the gentleman at the desk about our concerns. He had lists from many others as well. We belong to Choice Privileges and are saddened by this experience. Our room was 103. Check it out!

This is my first negative review that I have given to any business. Here’s a list of problems…. 1. Waited 10 mins at the front desk before any staff showed up! It was 3:30pm! 2. Lamp at bedside table not working. 3. Toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush half the time. Had to walk to the lobby to tell the front desk because the phone in the room was dead! No one ever came to fix toilet. 4. Bath tub faucet had a constant stream of water. Couldn’t turn it off. 5. TV remote wouldn’t control volume. Walked to the front lobby again! Staff member did try to fix, but wasn’t successful! 6. By this time, I lost my cool! I asked for another room and all they could say was they were already booked up. 7. No staff at the front desk at checkout. I just left my key on the counter and walked out.

It's been good the pool is closed not sure why other than that I enjoyed my stay

The hotel room was dirty, was missing lightbulbs, keycards were not function, neither of the two we were given, the hotel is overall dirty upon arrival. I had my car broken into and miraculously, the camera above my car was not working. The front desk attendant was not helpful and half of the time, not even there. Save your money. Spent 135 dollars for a terrible experience.

They advertise a pool WiFi but DO NOT HAVE THAT They had no ice. No phone service. Basically this place sucked.

Worst place to stay in History No TV No internet No service

The room was dirty, blanket has stains all over it, holes in the walls, tv didn’t even work. The entire property smelled like weed from outside to the hallways.

The beds were decent but creaky. When I went to go for breakfast I didn’t see the usual eggs and bacon and I went to ask about it they said they don’t make it only the waffles you make yourself and cereal that who knows how long it’s been in there

I stay in this hotel for 4 days. Not even a day did I get room service. I specifically spoke to staff to get my room cleaned but they never did. This is unacceptable and this is my first time such had happened . Overall the room was cleaned and I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Stayed for 10 days, no one ever cleaned room. Had to take my own trash out 3 times. Toilet was stopped up upon arrival, left a note at desk because no one was ever there. 2 days later someone was at desk and had me follow a housekeeper to get a plunger and unclog it myself. Had to get toilet paper and towels from front desk. Terrible service, wouldn’t stay here again if I had to.

There pool is green and we was going to stay but half of the hotel is not open cause there doing work of some sort

Online it said they had a pool but the pool was completely green in the middle of summer and they didn't have half the breakfast that it said they would have!

You could never find anyone at the front desk and no one answered the phone. It was not cleaned

Room did not have top door lock, coffee nor coffee cups, the air conditioner noise was hilarious, the power went out in the entire building, there was no one at the front desk in the dark of the hotel and there was no discount or anyone to talk to about the provided breakfast. In addition the room was more expensive because I went through Expedia which is supposed to help with discounts. Probably the worst experience I have had.
