The bed had cigarette burns all in the sheets

I called after returning from my stay to report that the room was smelly and damp. My two granddaughters were bitten by bed bugs (I have photos). The key card never worked each time we returned to the room and had to go to the office to have it reset which resulted in me wetting my pants. It was bad. I will not be using Days Inn again and am requesting a refund or some type of compensation. I was told that someone would be in touch with me and no one has as of yet. Please check into that for me. Thank you

This days inn was recently remodeled, very disappointed in the continental breakfast for the price of the room and the fact that it had continental breakfast, we should not have had to go out and buy something for breakfast. Small cup of yogurt, or Kool-Aid and a bowl of cereal or toast or bagel. Boring continental option.

Neighborhood was not the best but the property and the renovations are to be commended!!!

Overall a great value for the price. 30 minutes N of N.O., easy in and out to the freeway. My room appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean. A/C unit was very quiet and worked well. Only minor issues I had were the lack of a TP holder in the bathroom and no place to hang any clothes. Other than that, I’d easily stay there next year this time.

Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and the front desk is bragging about most rooms were renovated. Continental breakfast was the awful ones! Didn't even get coffee.

The bed was TERRIBLE like sleeping on the floor. There was some sort of metal surrounding the underneath and Everytime you moved it popped. We had to ask for the blow dryer and the coffee pot. Would not recommend.

It was fine

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was not great, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the room made up for a lot. The hotel has a great location next to the highway and it was very quiet. I’m a light sleeper so I had no issues in getting rest and I slept very well.

Do not recommend. Extremely sketchy. Beds are on tin-like bases which sound like thunder with every move. Toilet not connected to the floor so it moves with you. I bought disinfectant for the beds but doesn't feel like it was enough. So many stains it was ridiculous. Tv quality horrible. Would never return.

The sign said “Newly Renovated”. Our room had NO toilet paper holder. Tub large RUST spot on bottom. Old creaky beds. Poorest TV ever in Motel. Breakfast was gone before we came to eat—no milk either. Stayed 2 nights visiting friends. Ate breakfast elsewhere second.

Very nice hotel right off interested. Recently renovated to the fact that the refrigerator still had the new wrap on the sides. Staff were kind and attentive. Great for a one night stay or just 30-35 minutes to New Orleans Canal street if you want to save on their prices. Many shopping places and restaurants less than a mile and some within walking distance. Very easy to get in and out of safely as it is as a light.

Breakfast was a joke. Lots of partiers/addicts. I was really hoping for better. Rusty metal bed frame that creaked all night. Threadbare towels. Room wasn't terrible but not good. Sloppy remodeling job. Bathroom door wouldn't shut/latch. Cracked caulking and floor tiles. Looks like they used painters caulk in bathroom instead of silicone. Very dangerous and slippery tubs! Very soft water and tubs are very slick when showering. Wife and I nearly fell several times. Do not stay here if elderly or obese. Residential tubs with smooth enamel finish....lawsuit waiting to happen. Hotel needs to immediately put adhesive anti slip stickers in tubs!!!

A place to rest your head.

Hotel is in a busy, questionable area. Breakfast was next to nothing. Juice isn't juice. Globs of tile grout on the new tiles. Toilet seat not secure. Floor was a dark brown laminate, and didn't look clean, but hard to tell. Saw just a couple cockroaches. Bedding seemed to be clean. Location is close to an interstate and some restaurants, so that is convenient.
