Great location, spacious room, great service from staff and great breakfast and kitchen staff work so hard to make sure you are satisfied.

The views of Monserrate were spectacular. The view of the city, especially at night were wonderful. The breakfast and staff were Michelin worthy.

The suite was very spacious and nice. We will stay here again on our return visit.

Pros: -The staff were friendly -The food was decently priced at hotel restaurant and food near by was cheap -hotel will hold your luggage after checkout for you to be able to keep exploring city -The room was a decent size and although the website listed the beds as 2 twins they were actually a full size bed and a king size -the subway/bus station was right a cross street from hotel -there are plenty of attractions walking distance Con: -The beds were hard it felt like I was sleep on springs covered by cardboard, I went to front desk and asked if there was a softer bed option or a bed softener pad and was told no all the beds are the same, me and my sister were disappointed and unable to get a restful night sleep the entire trip. -The room had a weird odor to it that triggered my sinuses and my nose was constantly dripping -The kitchen had only hot water ( that came out cold) and the cold water dial didn’t work. And shower water was only hot at night not during day -There was a tv in the living room/ second bedroom area that had no cord when we asked the hotel staff about getting the cord and remote we were told no, rooms are allowed only one tv to be in use and that was not the tv we were allowed to use. -The refrigerator in room froze all of our food and drinks -the room didn’t have a thermostat so whatever temp hotel choose was room temp -the room plugs all were half out the wall -only overhead light in kitchen area , rest of suite was lamp lit only

I had a problem with the many steps and levels around the property as I am used to level areas walking and not many different levels and steps. Down is OK but up hurts if you have bad legs. Location was tremendous and it was relatively easy to find what I wanted. Unfortunately, I was forced to cut my stay short due to my physical limitations. A truly great facility.

Very nice hotel in a reasonable location. The rooms are fantastic - comfortable and huge. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The breakfast buffet is very good. Would recommend to anyone. (One thing - don't bother with the hot tubs in the spa; they're tiny and the water isn't hot.)

The hotel amenities and staff are top notch. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the area around the hotel is very unsafe. There are Colombian army officers posted around the area. However, at night, mysteriously, they are nowhere to be found. My phone was stolen on the street just outside the hotel by thugs. (I used precautions; I kept my phone in my pocket, no jewelry, etc.) I found out later that I was only one of a few robberies that occurred in that area. It's sad because the hotel and especially the staff are exceptional.

I did not have any issues with the property. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Tequendama Suites is the best hotel in Bogotá.

I stayed here in March and liked it enough to return but this time it wasn’t as good. The room showed definite signs of wear and tear. I had to follow up on services-had to ask for the complimentary drinks we were entitled to; ask for coffee which was not in the kitchenette as usual, a second towel as only one was provided, laundry service was delayed. Room was not sound proof and we could hear clearly street sounds from festival. Bed was super hard. TV in living room had no remote and we were told the TV was being phased out. Hotel phones didn’t work. The good things: breakfast offerings, wonderful spa service, free parking, easy to walk to local sites.

Still awesome and very roomy! That cable TV has got to get fixed!

The hotel is in downtown of Bogota, easy to go anywhere, the hotel is old, my suite was to big with upgrade but have some problems, one shower don't work properly, not help to bring the luggage to the front desk to check out, the service at the restaurant for breakfast was to slow Jorge at the front desk save the trip .

Large spacious clean suite. Attentive staff. Top floor bar with nightly entertainment. Breakfast was ok and filling, but a little monotonous. With only one main change daily. Worst coffee in Colombia which is known for coffee. Luckily other coffee places nearby.

Was Amazing!!

I stayed inTequendama Suits 17th floor. The suit was beautiful, big, clean, the staff was amazing. The things that need to be changing was that despite the suit was in the 17th floor we can hear the noise from the street. The outside windows had only 1 panel and it is too noisy. I can't imagine the lower floors. Another thing that we don't like was that outside the hotel was too dark at night, really scared for the tourist specially because Colombia is famous for its delinquency. Those 2 things that I mentioned before can be fix easy. The rest our experience at Tequendama Suits were very pleasant. I recommended to stay in this beautiful suits.

The staff were friendly on the whole, the room service was slow, much of the food was poorly prepared and tasteless,, They need a new chef! Window was broken, impossible to make coffee, kitchen was not stocked... the shower was excellent,, we were disappointed

Shower was never fixed so ever time I bathed the floor was wet. Many of the lamps needed new light bulbs. Great gym and was close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful

It was good.

Very peaceful and definitely a quality space. I enjoyed each day and let me tell you, their morning buffet is amazing!

The hotel needs work with property and staff training. It's located in very nice area of Bogota with lots of things to do near by. Hope to see the changes soon.

A very simple hotel but very well located. It's situated opposite the national museum. You can do a lot of things on foot. The hotel is quite old but well-maintained. Simple breakfast.

The lights in the building was out from 11am-1130pm without notice. Or explanation

It was central and easy to get around. We had an issue with the airport pickup but it was resolved.
