Price was ridiculously high for the smokey mountains area. Might as well stay closer. Staff couldn't answer basic questions.

First allow me to say upon arrival the outside lights were off the clerk stated that the power was out on the outside. We only stayed here because the cabin that I rented for the weekend was sooo nasty and unlivable. They refunded me my money back but we needed somewhere to stay. There was nothing else available so we ended up here! I do understand that a lot of places now are dog friendly and I’m fine with that but when I can’t turn the air down in my room because the room is smelling like dogs and dog food that’s a problem… the pool area was nasty and the water was extremely hot that’s why no one was in it when we arrived. I spoke with another guest and she stated that the water was hot! Took my kids anyway and we was there for about 7 mins. They didn’t want to be there because the water was hot and it was a nasty pool!!! I will never stay at this place again and that’s why we were out of there the next morning! Oh and did I mention the dog hairs all in the room! Dog owners on the floor we were on with dogs not on a leash so my grand children running scared!!! Never again!!! Money wasted!

Clean rooms friendly staff great breakfast

This was a well located property for the area, not so close that we were in the thick of it but close enough to get into Pigeon Forge without too much trouble. The breakfast was good, offered the typical eggs, sausage, biscuits, some cereals, yogurt, fruit, make your own waffles. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I absolutely love the stay and the guest service was phenomenal!

The property is extremely poorly staffed. In fully booked premises the not 1 person for the front desk and 1 person, a diligent senior lady for all the breakfast area. I am not giving a 1 star just because the great effort of the two people mentioned above. I expect a call from the manager.

Service was okay. I did have to ask for towels and body wash as not enough provided in room for 3 people, bodywash was completely empty. Our bathroom , the shower drips , does not shutoff all the way, in which I reported. They said will have maintenence look at after we check out. So as a water conservative they didn't seem to care about that. Sink does have mildew build up around the edges. A few cracked tiles in shower. We did not spend much time in hotel other than showering and sleeping as we spent day out.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was especially friendly. We didn’t have time to eat breakfast but it smelled and looked good!

When I got to the hotel I thought it looked familiar. We stayed at this hotel in Dec 23 and it was a Holiday Inn. The hotel has a strange smell, the toilet ran off and on all night. The hall light in the room blinked on & off. The tub had a big black mark where the ceramic got broken off. The breakfast was not good. The waffle maker didn't work & there was a full hotel. I was upset to find out it was a place I didn't want to stay near Pigeon Forge & had to because I couldn't get my $ back. I left the hotel with a headache and sore back from the bed. I found a hair in the sheets and spiders in the bathtub. Never again! I don't know how this could be a Wyndham Hotel.

This hotel looks new from the outside and is being renovated. Our room was renovated but the door was hard to open and did not close unless it was pulled or pushed hard. Outside door was open every time we went through it and not locked. It wasn't the quality we were expecting for the area and La Quinta.

Hotels.com app booked me at wrong location and the Property would not help adjust working with the Property that I needed. I booked the room on the app at the right location but put me at the wrong one. The front desk representative had to call the Kodak location 4 times to get an answer and was not helpful. The app kept getting an error and would not allow to change location or cancel. I was unable to contact a representative from Hotels.com. I had to drive home and was unable to check in to stay without resolve. I called Hotels.com the next day to resolve but still waiting…

Location is accessible to highway and close to activities, but not walkable. I used it for a hiking weekend, so only stayed there 7 hours per night, but the place is in overall poor condition.

Everything was great except the cleaning of the room odor, made my eyes swell, I seemed to have an allergic reaction to the smell and residual from whatever they used to clean our room.

The clwrk was supwr friendly when i checked in. But the room had huge spider wed in window. The shower squeaked so bad when taking ahower it woke ppl up and the right bed by the door sounded kine banging when u got up from it again waking ppl up. I asked a maid for towels and all she said was sorry do t have any. Nevwr offered to bring us any at all. Was very frustrating

Property was good except the bathroom fan was extremely loud.

Currently under construction and fire alarm kept going off. Fresh paint and getting new furniture so it’s getting better. Will try it again. Clean rooms.

It was VERY hot & humid when we walked into the lobby to check in, but check in was easy. Our room was average- nothing special, just an average room. There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to use the body wash from the shower. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a full length mirror, however, the nice size fridge/freezer made us happy!

The breakfast could use some help

Everything was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and couch in our room were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good. We had a room facing the Parkway and it wasn't very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. It wasn't so excessive to make us want to move, just an observation for those who might need near silence to sleep. Also, I needed to use the laundry services, the dryer doesn't work properly and I had to do 2 cycles to fully dry my clothes. Not an issue if you dont plan on using it.

Definitely in the top 5 cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. The air quality in the room was great no moisture or mildew odor.

The stay was very good for us. Uneventful which is always good.

They were replacing carpet and the dumpster was overflowing and laying on ground in parking lot. It was also noisy while they were working.

Remodeling in process but very nice stay. The wifi could use some upgrading but overall very good stay
