Always had to search for staff/receptionist

When I booked the room it was super easy and fast the staff was friendly for the most part the room was clean and smell good unfortunately the phone did not work I had to tell the staff about the whole third floor being out of hot water and they did not honor late check out when asked

I can write a novel on this visit, the room smells so bad that it was unbearable since it was a last minute booking i decided to stay which was the wrong decision i could have ever make in life the next morning i couldn’t stop itching my skin was so irritated I ask the owner could he have housekeeping to come in to change the bedding I left for a couple of hours came back nothing was done the next morning I spoke to the manager about a refund for checking out early an he got upset started cussing an yelling to the point where we was going to get into the owner came in and automatically to the employee side instead of listening to the guess very rude and disrespectful both owner and employee the cops was call to try to kick me out I wouldn’t waste my money on this place at all unless you like bugs the pool was closed the staff does everything so nobody really at the front desk don’t stay there

I've stayed at many Sleep Inn's. This was by far the worst.

No pool! Was told it was closed 'for awhile' & no clue when it would open. Hotel was under construction/fixing up - walls in hall being spackled, etc. Not the best of trips!

First full day came back a room smelled of cigarette smoke

Facilities a little run down. Bathroom door frame rusty and door coming apart

Some parts were unkempt and needed cleaning but rooms were nice and quiet

It’s smelled like pee didn’t even get the room I wanted as well the breakfast was horrible

I checked in and checked right out. Room was nasty. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. Signs of bedbugs. Needs to be closed down. The 2 receptionist was nice and should not have to apologize for the owner not taking care the hotel. Went and stayed next door at the Holiday Inn express

Nothing was good about this place at all.. The staff is super rude there are drug deals happening right in the parking lot.. The staff asked us for money so they can eat. There was people sleeping in their cars aling side our car in the paking lot and just throwing trash out the window like it was nothing for them... There is people who live there who put big trash bags full of garbage outside of there door but in front of yours and it sits there for days

Hotel was nice, looks like it could have some repairs done to it, and cleaned a bit better especially in the air conditioner, they really could use a long rug going to the rest rooms from the door to the pool. that way kids can be kids and go use the bathroom as needed, better to use the restroom in the restroom compared to using the bathroom in the pool

Only issue was no ice machine

It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants the pool was nice the breakfast options are excellent and the room was very clean and quiet

I would stay again and tell a friend

The hotel was okay. It definitely needs cosmetic improvements. We only stayed one night, so we made do.

Whole in wall , rusty lamps, sofa sofa chair stains, return to room seem as if it was reaping a dog oder even though i idont have a dog the made left my door a jar after i left and my things was expose till i returned to room. Lady in the breakfast room eas really nice and respectful.

When I arrived it had been raining so I got damp when coming in and out to register then bring in my belongings. Wet and cool, so tried to turn the heat on for a bit, didn't work, neither did the A/C later. The clock didn't work, no orange juice at breakfast. I am from Palatka and have stayed there many times and been quite satisfied, but this time NOT.

The property is worn down and furnitures need replacing as they are worn down. The place smells wet as if there had been a previous flood. The cleanliness of this hotel is unexceptionable, you can tell multiple people live at the property which makes it undesirable. It’s extremely noisy and has roaches. We were there less than. 30 minutes my husband gathered our things and we went to the Holiday Inn next door. Luckily they had availability; more expensive but well worth it.

Staff was rude. Room old and dirty.

Is clear and quiet around

There was bed bugs in the bed and the sheets smelled disgusting my son and myself are both bit and itching on our arm! The bathroom molding was falling apart and bugs behind the wall.

We saw stains in the walls, furniture had stains, floor carpet looked very dirty....

The room smelled dirty. No shampoo. No coffee. Hallway smelled like dirty diaper. No one at rhe desk.Main lobby door not unlocked on 2nd day. Go
