Travelocity booked us a king's suite, but when we got there, they have all been booked for months. The place was run down, not very clean.

The price was fair= nice towels-no breakfast offered=very 0ld motel tile floor not mopped and filthy=room needs to be refreshed with paint=

Advertised complimentary breakfast, at check-in we were informed there was no breakfast. Unfortunately, it smelled like sewage all around the exterior of the hotel. There was what appeared to be a long term rental section and some very sketchy men all around the building. I was quite creepy to be honest and with two small grandchildren a littel unnerving the entire time we were there. The ice machine closest to our room was broken down and there was no covered area to sit and it rained most of the time we were there. Just not at all what was advertised, very disappointed.

The place was okay. Staff was awesome. A few too many migrant workers outside up until after midnight being loud outside. Nice comfy beds, no continental breakfast as advertised. Floors were sticky.

Very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure with lots of hot water, excellent staff, amazing view, unique interior design of the hotel with a Koi pond. The large picture windows facing the river took up the entire wall of our room and were coated so that we could see out, but people could not see in. Could use a little TLC. The bathroom door hung up badly in the frame and had not been painted. The hinges were rusty and interior side of the door was dirty. The sink faucet was cracked. There was a Kleenex box mounter in the wall and the chrome cover was rusty.

In the advertisement from Crystal cove AND Expedia we were not informed of the separation between the hotel and the amenities that are advertised. THIS WAS MISLEADING AND FAULS ADVERTISEMENT. The restaurant, the inside bar and a tiki bar were closed. This is due to a separation of the properties and the new owner of the restaurant, inside and outside bar sent to staff home for the holidays. There was nothing said or were we advised of these amenities not being available. Went my wife and I chose Crystal Cove, we did so as purchasing the "package" not just a hotel room. Needless to say for our Christmas "week getaway", this was extremely disappointing!!!

the staff was very nice, room was great, but false advertist pissed me off. it was advertised that there would be a contental breakfast, no breakfast, advertised resturant and bar on site. it was closed down. very disappointed wish i could get a refund

The property needs to be updated. No restaurant on premises. The river view was the best part of the property. The staff was very friendly.

The room smelled so bad and was so musty we couldn’t even stay. In the pictures it show carpet and the floors were tile. Just very disappointing. Would not recommend. I booked on line so I could not get any refund either.

Everything was good room was clean my kids had a lot of space.

River view and spacious rooms

The website said bar and dining. Restaurant was never open. Bar was nice but very pricey. No walkout from our room to the river. Not what I expected for the price I paid.

I been going here over 10years and recently returned. Ok me and my family rents rooms why we work a few times my son left stains on the pillow case because of a Durag so we resolve that problem. So ok next They began to complain about stained linen which the linen was the towels which we used after we showered. They stated the towels were stained bc of all the dirt on the which I felt was a very racist statement due to the fact that were African American and they’re not . I just felt like we were profiled and unfairly treated by this hotel when our tenure there should speak for itself. Never had I destroy there property. Samantha the Gm is great but her MOM Kim will make them loose there people don’t f color. I was so tired Friday night and she wanted to not rent to me because of me asking her about her speaking in my child. I’m not understanding this treatment. They keep me from talking to the owner. Just as long as you white you will be great!!

We upgraded to a suite with a kitchenette so we could pick up a takeaway after the long drive, in the kitchenette there was NO cutlery, cups, plates, glasses, had an induction stovetop but no pans, microwave did not work, no kettle and the pouch holder did not fit the coffee maker, room was very big but very dated, large fridge that worked very well. Glad we only booked the one night.

The best place to stay in Palatka! The service was amazing.

This property is very old and rundown. It was probably awesome back in the day. The location is great, in a cute little North Florida town and right on the river. The staff is super friendly and do an amazing job keeping the rooms clean. The coffee in the lobby is excellent. If you don’t mind a very clean but old, run down, barebones motel, then I think this is a great option.

Marina, outside screened bar, separate cafe.. on premises. Downfall was cafe not open for breakfast and motel supplied only coffee....meant a trip to town

Beautiful view, Friendly staff, Clean rooms.

Conveniently located and quiet. Large room with tile floor and good air conditioner, hot shower. no steps, large lobby with sofas. didn't use the pool, but some kids enjoyed it. Restaurant and bar by the water. kitchen being renovated so no breakfast, but plenty of coffee. Whole place has seen better days but had some upgrades lately. Staff was friendly.

Easy access to the river and shopping and restaurants. Beautiful panaramic view of the St. Johns river oout our room window.

Very clean and feel at home facility.. definitely recommend.

I have stayed her a few times. The price is great as well as the location. However this stay, the room was very musty and the a/c wasn't that great.
