Great location for all there is to see and do in Avignon!

We were put in a room with broken A/C. The Wi-Fi did not work. Opening the windows was the only way to sleep but then we got picked apart by mosquitos. Staff was lovely and helpful though. Management needs work.

Our room was at the front and there is a bar downstairs with an outdoor patio, so some noise from that as well as the traffic. During the night the city starts emptying the garbage, washing the streets etc. The windows do not provide sufficient soundproofing. The bed was okay but the rest of the furniture is more shabby than chic. Convenient location, inside the city walls, near train and bus stations.

It's a single room, so it's a small space, But the location is completely in the center of the city. The staff are also friendly.

Each person at the front desk was very helpful and fun to chat with. They all spoke enough English to make me comfortable with answers about taxi rides etc. Great, quiet place.

Double room with two single beds was a bit small. Good breakfast. Great location

Location was good, close to train and Palais de Papes. Advertises laundry, but no facilities or service provided. When asked, they were not even able to recommend a laundromat. We were given a room on the rooftop which had a glass door and full length windows on either side. There were curtains, but when closed the room was very dark. However, the room faced onto a rooftop deck that was available to hotel guests so closing the curtains was essential for privacy. Fortunately the mistral winds were so strong that the rooftop terrace was only used a couple of times. I can’t imagine what it would be like in the warmer months. The worst though was the shower. The bathroom was updated and sleek and looked very nice, but the shower had no door. This meant that water went everywhere when you showered, creating a puddle across the entire bathroom.

Near areas of interest. Insufficient A/C room to hot for my medical conditions, no A/C controls in room.

Very very well located in the old city, quite close to the train/bus stations, but also a quick walk to the main squares and the Papal Palace. Staff was friendly, buffet breakfast was sufficient, and was an unexpectedly large and comfortable room. Would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable, clean, lovely staff, great service, lovely environment with good amenities with rooftop bar and a little courtyard too! Unfortunately, the room was 28 degrees when we arrived, not very eco-responsible. Would come again.

Hôtel is sick and confortable. Location is perfecto. Clean and Big.

For those with much luggage the entrance has a lot of steep stairs to navigate with no assistance available

Little Hotel in the central, friendly stuff, wonderful rooftop, tiny but comfortable rooms. Good Place to stay.

A quaint hotel within an easy walk from the station. It is a short walk from the main square where you find lots of cafes. The distance to the sights weren’t too far away. Only criticism was the toilet seat broke, no fridge, no tissues and couldn’t eat breakfast in the courtyard because of the smokers.

This hotel is a good location - between train station and town centre. Has a lovely courtyard entrance. My budget room was small but was fine for a one night stay. My only negative experience was I did advise hotel I would be arriving early (6:30/7am) to leave my bag before going on a day tour but when I arrived, no one was at reception….I wandered around, went to the bathroom to get changed and eventually someone appeared. Also breakfast was very expensive for a small selection of food items. I would eat at a cafe if I did this trip again.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location - walked everywhere. Friendly helpful staff. For a small hotel, the breakfast room, open-air interior courtyard, rooftop garden, and attached bar were nice options.

Basic room, comfortable but nothing special. Location excellent. Close to train and in the old town so everything very walkable.

The hotel was quite disappointing. Bed very small (for our size like 178-190cm), not particularly clean. The water taps in the bathroom were loose. Our ‘classic room’ was on the fourth floor without elevator. Don’t know if there was an elevator for any ‘non-classic rooms’… The only good thing was, that it was close to most interesting locations in the old town. Wouldn’t go back there if I wanted to check out Avignon again.

Every thing was great except the bathroom whose floor was installed such that shower water was spilled over the whole bathroom floor. There was unpleasant sewer odor in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly. The place has charm.

The property was quite dated but I can appreciate the hotel attempted to renovate. Central location was ideal. Rooftop bar available.

Employees are friendly. The breakfast is good. It’s a clean hotel.
