Bathroom shower not working,flyies was in breakfast area.

Location is good. Reception for checking in was great. We had 2 rooms with king beds. My sister had to go to 3 different rooms to get one acceptable—1 had standard bed instead of king, 1 the refrigerator didnt work. The 3rd room was ok. My room was ok from the beginning. Bed was comfy.

First room tv did not work so they switched room. Fridge did not work in this one but I didn’t know until the morning and I am on a special diet. The person who switched room didn’t switch it in the morning so at 11 they were banging on the door telling me I did not belong in this room. So the manager had to come up. I arrived late so I was sleeping in.

The elevator sounded like it was going to break, it shook and rattled. The toilet was plugged the entire time and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Also we were directly across from the loudest ice machine ever known to mankind. There were other problems including desk people who could barely pay attention. It was bad.

I was uncomfortable with people hanging around the parking lot. Also, they are doing remodeling now and the place wasn't clean.

Room was dirty. The young women who checked us in was really nice and offered a great recommendation for dinner. But the lamp was broken in our room (did not turn on) the sink was disgustingly dirty and the refrigerator was broken inside.

Bed was amazing and I love the feather pillows. It was overall for the price and amazing night away from home

the toilet was broken and when I went to report it the lady said Well we don't have a Maintenace man I guess I could move you which for our physical condition was not an option for us SO I FIXED THE TOILET MYSELF I found the staff other than the food lady tom be lazy and really didn't care about customer service we went to buy sone snacks and the rude lady said YOU HAVE TO PAY IN CASH that wasn't a problem but her attitude stunk the only friendly person ws the food server she was great and the guy who was at the counter when we checked out was also ok

Everything was fine except the barking dog in the room next door. I was so tired it was only an issue for 5 min as i fell asleep quickly

The facility is conveniently located and clean. The only issue I had was we required a room with disability accommodations. The bathroom had bars but did not have a shower chair. The front desk staff attempted to locate a chair but did not know where the one for our room had been moved. She stated they only have 4 chairs for entire facility. Hopefully this issue will be resolved the next time I check in which will be in two days.

Front Desk was amazing especially 2nd & 3rd shifts, breakfast lady wad so nice and helpful, very clean and they make you feel at home.

Property was in disrepair. Staff could not complete basic repairs - changing a light bulb. Breakfast ran out of plates and food was no good. P ice was ok but even basic services were not offered. Pool was a joke

Rooms were cleaned, but the carpet was old with stains and something sticky on it. The staff were nice, but I forgot toothpaste and they didn't even have basic things like that.

Very friendly staff. The room was a bit smelly and run down but it’s perfectly fine for one night.

it was great the only thing that I had an issue was I couldn't get the shower to work, the water came on I just couldn't get the knob to work to the shower on.

Check in was fine. Renovation in progress. Room ok. Bathroom layout has TP very far from toilet. Good toiletries. Breakfast was a wreck. 8 am no sausage, cold coffee, eggs running out fast and staff says "we already refilled ". If you don't eat Gluten you are SOL.

The room to which we were originally assigned had not been cleaned. We were, however, immediately moved to a different room. Otherwise a good stay.

It was not as clean as past years, lack of luggage carts to take luggage to your room and few handicapped parking spaces. Stayed here for years. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating.

Easy place to get to and walk across the street for food. My room was next to the stairs and I could hear that door open all night. The phone rang at 2am for two rings before I could answer. Didn’t ruin my experience but my sleep was altered a little

I didn't like the fact that there was no elevator. My knees hurt from climbing stairs. There were also no luggage carts.

Noisy all night from water in pipes. Elevator was missing parts. Signs to room were missing. Staff was missing from desk. Finally came in from outside carrying grocery sack.

Great for the price, lots of pets so very pet friendly. Very clean and for the area, my husband and I felt very safe. Definitely would stay again and recommend.
