Arrived late in the evening, so did not inspect our room on our first night. Second morning we woke to a room in sub-standard condition. Please see pictures. Filthy room. And a housekeeper who told us to "hurry up" she was going to the fourth floor and would not return!

When we first walked into the room we could tell it was going to be a struggle to stay , but we were there for a funeral and had no choice! The smell in the room was horrible! At best! I guess the carpet needs to be changed out or the smell is in the furniture, we couldn’t tell! Towels are very thin, bathroom upgrades are poor or done on the cheap! Skirt around bed is threadbare! One thing they have going for them is the staff is helpful and nice, making it worth it. Not what I’m use to for comfort Inn!

It’s an older property. It was a place to sleep. Hallways were musty and smelly. Rooms were okay. Staff could be a little more customer oriented.

The property was very convenient. The hotel was cleaned and the staff was nice. I just didn't like how my room smelled like there were a dog in there and the carpet smelled like pee. Other than that I don't have other complaints.

It was a good hotel. Staff in front desk was nice. The housekeeping employees were very friendly and did their job very well. Only one problem I believe we were room next to a noisy couple. Didn't appreciate that but other than that we had a good stay. Thank you.

Smelled like deodorizer at checking in . Covering up some obnoxious smell.location pretty good. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

When we arrived our room was double booked so we got a different type of room. No big deal, but frustrated. I knew pullouts were not comfortable but we made do. The sheets were not on it, had to make it myself. Very rough sleep though. Neither pullout or king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average. The workers were friendly.

The telephones in the room don't work, the AC can't cool the room below 80 and the cable TV went out about an hour after we moved in and hasn't resumed. It looks like the router is down. This is poor service.

This place smells. And its dirty. It has a musty, ethic smell to it. The bathroom has mold around the shower caulking, broken tiles on the floor, raggety towels and dirt smears on the wall and behind the door. The bed sheets were stained, the duvet had a hole in it, the carpets were stained. Elevator was old and slow. If you are sensitive to smells, dont stay here. We would have left, but I paid upfront in Hotels.com and they wouldnt refund me. They also made a copy of my drivers license upon check in. I'm not comfortable with that.

The room had a musty smell when I walked in. It was clean, but the carpet could use a good deep clean, or better yet, a replacement. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were excellent.

Our stay was good for the night. The only issues we had are that breakfast stops at 9 a.m. and the people above us let there kids run rampant starting at 7 a.m.

Room was very clean and well equiped, bed was comfortable. At night was very quiet, no 'noisy hallways' during the night. Only downer was the night check-in clerk. Was very surly, not pleasant to talk to.

The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and friendly it was quiet I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. The next time we need to stay at a hotel again it will be here. Thanks to all the staff.

Before I made the reservation, I called asking about the indoor pool, and if it was a warmed pool and a lady said YES. It was cold and I contacted the front desk and he said that it was "room temperature", and we know that for the underground pools always the temperature stays below room temperature. My kids were not able to enjoy it as expected, since it was cold.

The room was clean though it looked like it had a few bad patch spots. The glaringly scary part of my stay was the bathroom's cracked floor tiles where the floor moved slightly when you stepped there—moved... noticeably. I was worried enough that I had to walk around that part of the bathroom doorway. It was roughly 2' in diameter with the bathroom wall/hotel room as the midpoint. I took the shortest shower possible due to the shower placement near that spot. No, I didn't say anything. I was there for work. I arrived. I slept. I worked. I slept and I left. I have often stayed at a Comfort Inn and know this was a fluke. It doesn't deter me from a future stay, but I will be more wary of checking my rooms, going forward.
