Super comfortable beds and very clean and quiet. Would come again.

The breakfast bar was outstanding! Lots to choose from and very clean.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30am and 6:30am. Totally unacceptable. A false fire alarm should never happen!

Que éramos 4 personas en la habitación y solo me pusieron 3 toallas de ducha. Que no me hicieran la habitación al día siguiente....sonó que la hacen cada dos días. Y que cuando me cambiaron las toallas volvieron a colocarme 3 en vez de 4

The size of the room was great. The breakfast was good

The shower pressure was totally slow and not good

Eva at the front desk and Mike the GM were great! They treated us very well.

The bathtub needed to be cleaner. We found some hairs in the tub when we got there.

The location is close to where I go.

I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago. It was very clean back then. But this time, I'm disappointed about the cleanness, especially the bathroom. The towels in the bathroom seem being used for many years without changing once. They are really old and need to be trashed. The hotel seems not very well managed and I can see overall the quality has declined significantly compared to 4 years ago.
