Bad smell but great staff. Check out next day but able to do early check out without penalty

The bathroom could have been cleaner - there was something on the shower door that looked like vomit (gross). The toilet kept trying to stop up also. For the price I expected to have a nice clean room. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel that was comparable in cleanliness. It just looked shabby. We were not impressed.

Refrigerator and toilet in room both making constant noise. Was probably and really nice hotel in it's day but it well worn.

Neither elevators were functioning. Room TV was not functional. Room smoke detector failed during the night and chirped until we left the room. Facility is not representative of what one would expect for a Hilton branded business.

Our room was huge and very nice. The staff were all great. We went to view the Solar Eclipse - which we did from the facility parking lot - and got spectacular views. So convenient to not have to drive anywhere. And for us, the hotel was not just ideally located, but extremely nice and very reasonably priced - especially considering that a lot of properties were significantly inflating their nightly charges due to the eclipse.

The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was livable. The free breakfast was good.

They canceled my reservation because I checked in after midnight and had to make another reservation and pay twice!!😡

I booked an accessible room. I was given a room on the third floor. It was NOT accessible. Nice,clean but NOT accessible. I called down to the front desk and asked if they had an accessible room available as this one was not. They said for me to come down to the front desk, get a key to a room on the fourth floor and check it out and see for myself. I refused and went down and asked what they considered accessible and two staff members just looked at each other. I asked what someone in a wheelchair would do. They said they had a room for a wheelchair person! I asked where it was and they said someone was staying there so it was not available. At that point, I felt like they were the least considerate and helpful staff I had ever dealt with so I drove across a short road to Holiday Inn where I had a lovely two nights! I usually like Holiday Inn the best but I read a rating of the hotels in Corsicana and the Hampton had the higher rating which is why I chose it AND said it had accessible rooms. Not true. Please consider this a complaint!

The check-in at the other properties with Hampton were easier. The time they acted as of they hadn't gotten my reservation. Along with having to reprovid all my information.

Room was clean! Beds were great! Pillows were great! Hospitality was friendly! All was great.

Nice and comfortable. Good but standard breakfast. Had some steps on the ceiling noise but that did not last long and had a good night’s sleep.

Convenient location & nearby restaurants

It was a good stay. Staff is great! Walls are thin so you can hear next door room. But overall in a good area and easy access to freeway.

This hotel was falling apart. Peeling walls, out of order everything, and to top it off a dead cockroach in the public bathroom. NEVER staying here again

Was passing through visiting family and decided to stay here. Breakfast was good hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable

It was a well needed time to get away and rest.

Do no stop, keep going. Hotel os old and outdated. Furniture in room had multiple stains. Wallpaper falling off walls. Tv is way too small for size of room. Refrigerator was noisy, walls paper thin, heard room next door like they were in room with you. Smelled musty and housekeeping used cologne air freshener that was suffocating. Absolutely no sleep. First and last time we stay at this hotel. And to think we paid more to get better quality, wrong...

booked a room for Saturday I got there and there was no rooms, so they said they would not charge my card, sure enough they charged my card but for even more then the original amount

The breakfast was amazing! Best free breakfast we’ve ever had!! Bed was comfy. We got a room with the whirlpool and sadly the jets didn’t work. but other than that, a great experience!!

Hotel is older. Could use new carpet or flooring. Otherwise everything was great.

Place needs to be updated. Food was cold. Rooms outdated but beds were ok.

Very convenient, nice staff

Hotel was overbooked so we were not able to stay in our reserved room. Floor tiles in the bathroom were not caulked down so one tile moved when stepping on it.

I booked for 2 queen beds instead of they put us in 1 king bed room, very disappointed. We have been Hampton ‘ customers for long time .

Friendly staff. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Definitely not worth the cost.

I was skeptical upon booking but very pleased upon arrival and throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good/convenient.
