TV didn’t work. They had no other room to give us so we asked for a refund and we would leave. They wouldn’t do it. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and was rude and there was mold around the bathtub.

The comfort of the rooms were great and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly also.

One of the Queen beds had brown spots on them but the staff took care of it once we told them the issue. Also, it would be nice to have housekeeping everyday. I was told that this hotel does not have housekeeping come until the third day which I have never heard of.

Location was convenient

The room temperature when we arrived was 80 degrees in the room, so it took several hours to cool down. The pool was nasty green water. Lastly when we woke up there was some weird big bug on the floor by the bed. when I reached out and took the bug to the front desk in a cup, they just said yeah people leave the side doors open and bugs come in no points no discounted rate nothing was offered and it was gross.
