Very nice and convenient. A little hard getting out of the entrance way due to it being in a curve. Other than that I was very well pleased.

Bad customer service at front desk

Nice place! Very simple but cozy and neat. It was clean and had plenty of space for two people in the studio.

Rooms are very good.

A good welcome. Poor house keeping around various floors away from the main lobby area & the elevator requires cleaning. Overall the room was clean & roomy It would have been better if there was a room safe. The toilet seat was very loose, no plug was provided for the bath & the room door was sticking / hard to close, this needed to be slammed shut on entering & leaving, very noisy. I was however happy with the price that we were able to secure for the 2 nights

Bed was used,soft. Building had a bad small! Everything else was great. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and great!!! Overall great stay just a few small things to change and watch for Bees making nest so guest doesn't find. THANKS. GREAT VALUE.

It was great overall but the only thing i didn't like was the smell the ac unit was passing off. I think the filter needs changing or a deep cleaning.

Pool was nice, rooms were clean! Beds were very comfy! Staff was friendly..

The water showers 🚿 is suck.

The room and bathroom was filthy. The floor had so much dirt and grit you couldn’t walk with out shoes. Exiting our room every day the over whelming smell of marajuana was in the hallway. The carpet in the hallway was filthy, never vacuumed the four days we were there. We left a day early due to all the above. Although we had prepaid for the last night it was worth losing the money to get out of there.

Rooms were a lot smaller than expected . I had a 1 full bed w a sleeper sofa . Beds and pillows were comfy. Our suite had a fridge/microwave and very small kitchen area. My kids loved the pullout. It definitely served its purpose. Breakfast bar was nice . Ck in and out was fast. I was confused where the entrance was . GPS said turn In but I didn’t see the hotel until I missed it and had to turn around . It’s in shopping plaza parking lot .. the entrance is in the back / side of the parking lot

Staff was friendly and my room was clean.

The property wasn’t bad at all, the night time guest service rep was HORRIBLE, He was rude every time I asked a question. We checked on July 3 on July 4 they did not change the linen called him. He said oh you had stuff on the bed or you had to do not disturb neither one of those were true on July 5. I asked for more blankets and a rollaway bed. He responds. We’re out of rollaway beds, which is understandable. Then he goes to say there are no more blankets either two hours later I l walk outside of my room to the elevator and what do I see people walking up with more blankets? On July 6 the key would not work for the door so I’ll go down to the service desk to ask for a different key and his response e was. I can’t give you a key as I don’t have your ID on file sir you have my ID and my credit card on file I need a key to get in my room at this point. I was disgusted all the way to leave and I’m four hours away from the room, he literally ruined my vacation. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Property was clean. But breakfast was the same every day scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Waffles. Staff was good.

The breakfast was very bad … every day same breakfast. Please change your breakfast menu don’t keep the same menu everyday

We enjoyed our stay here, friendly staff, nice room, everything was clean and comfortable as pictured. Minutes from the beach. Only recommendation is a TV guide for channels.

The room was clean & the staff were friendly. Would be better if they have different options for breakfast each day.

We asked for clean towels that didn’t bring it to us. We asked for cleaning service then income. You guys can do better than that for the price of yard charge me y’all could’ve done better than that.

I liked how i was able 2 book online thru Expedia & when i showd up at the hotel i req 2 check in 4 hrs earlier than the 4pm check in time w/no issues. Got 2 choose which floor making it easier to get around & the hotel was pet friendly & didnt charge any fee at all. Anytime i req towels or had ques it was quickly delivered. The pool was nice, warm, & clean. Breakfast was ok, but not the best! The rooms was clean, had the two bed non smoking suite w kitchen which was great also. Tbh couldnt have asked for a better place to stay while on vaca.. Next yr ill def be coming bk here. Thank you for everything & for the kindest staff ❤️ yall are amazing!!!

Definitely needs some upgrades.

Liked everything except the pool. It was nasty(pissed in) wouldn’t get in it. Disappointing!!! Room was very nice
