Beware of the website: the rooms in the photos look bright and inviting; they are dark and dreary without a comfortable place to sit and with very limited lighting in the bathroom. The website says limited parking is available; it does not say parking must be reserved ahead of time (if not reserved then you are advised of the closest lot which costs 32euros/day. We found one a little further for 16). A coffee pot is provided however it uses a specific pod that can only be purchased at the hotel. And be prepared to listen to water running all night long - loud enough to disrupt sleep even with a pillow over your head. When I asked about it I was told it was the normal sounds of the building. If you can tolerate all the negatives, you’ll at least find the location to be good.

The location of the hotel cannot be any better. The service is also top. There is only one minor thing to say and its the door of my shower which is very old and could definitely be replaced. It was hard to open and close. Despite that, I will definitely recommend this hotel. I did not use the kitchenette but it would be handy for people who are keen to cook for themselves.

Spacious rooms in a very walkable area. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Apparently heated water wasn't working on our 2nd night, therefore the receptionist provide us another room for us to take a shower. Otherwise everything is to our satisfaction.

If you want home or resident like stay with fridge cooking clothes drying then this is right it's studio equipped flat rented okay quality furnishings. utensils either use their or us own and wash in sink being vegeterain as limited options this place perfect of course like resident you need to clean your own stuff or don't create mess

Friendly staff in a great location.

Connection to Wi-Fi is not so convenient in the sense that we had to register everyday when we connect to Wi-Fi. Security of Wi-Fi seems to be necessary to be upgraded.

Some confusion over check-in - website said 4 pm, email said 2 pm. Other than that, a very nice apartment. The air-conditioning particularly appreciated with 38C temperatures outside.

This place is the definition of wolf in a sheepskin! The building outside looks good but the inside is a prison! Pros: location Cons: very very very outdated Check in was a disaster ( the place was closed despite the posted open hours online / they make their own hours ) Guests MUST clean their own room upon departure or a charge of 45 euros will be added The door from the shower feel off while trying to shower ( this place should be closed down ) Fire alarm missing Drying rack in the bathroom broken Mattress from 1997 ( terrible bed) YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING OUTSIDE UNDER A BRIDGE

Good clean solid room, exactly what we wanted.

Bed and air conditioning are comfortable, but bathroom and kitchenette could use some refurbishment. Coffee machine and tea provided. Close to Galeries Lafayette and cable car to Fort de La Bastille.

The room we got was in desperate need of renovation and looked nothing like the pictures. A yellow plastic carpet 22" TV and rock-hard beds is nothing close to what was expected. Luckily we just stayed one night.

Clean comfortable apartment in central location with easy access to main sites of interest.

This is a basic older place. Everything was clean, and staff was helpful. The location is great. It’s close to a tram stop, restaurants and shopping. The bed was not comfortable.

Cute apartment within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

We were pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and the hotel is located perfectly for Grenoble old town. Unfortunately the WIFI is extremely unstable, constantly disconnecting. It was strong when connected but it dropped out every 30mins, sometimes when we were streaming, so this then used our data. Not good enough in 2022.

Have stayed in a number of these apartment hotels in France and this has got to be one of the lesser ones. First the hotels.com website says there is onsite parking and I messaged the hotel through hotels.com to make sure I would have a space as it was important to me. When I arrived I was told the parking is offsite in a commercial parking station about 200 metres away which isn't that far but with four bags and 40C heat when I arrived it wasn't an ideal start and the next two days it was raining slightly when I got back to the garage. The room was very basic and the bed was uncomfortable and very low to the ground, much lower than in the photos on the site. While the bed was low the shower required about an 8 inch or 200mm step up into it and was the tiniest shower I think i have ever used made even smaller by the fact that the mixer tap sticks out into the shower about 6 inches or 150mm and it was impossible to shower without knocking the control either turning the water off or changing the temperature. The internet was terribly slow. On the third night of my three night stay I noticed that there was no smoke detector in my room, the plate that attaches to the wall or ceiling was there but nothing was attached to it. I reported it that night and was told it would be checked and I mentioned it again to a different person when I checked out and was told that they were invisible smoke detectors. I like the French apartment hotels but not this one.

Great location, easy walk to river and hiking to the Bastille. Not far from the train station. nice restaurants nearby and a grocery around the corner. Some basic cooking supplies and dishes available. good breakfast-- not too much. very nice overall especially for the price.

The photos of the rooms in the site were very far from the room aspect and conditions I got. Area was convenient, and bed was good. So overall, it was ok for a single night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer than that.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities in the room are good. There is a microwave and 2 hot plates and a fridge, and a coffee machine and kettle. I only used the coffee machine and the fridge but appreciated that there were more facilities if I needed them. The shower works well and the water was hot.Very handy location, it was easy to walk to places of interest. There is a pharmacy across the road and a supermarket nearby. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is very easy to walk to the cable cars and also other cultural buildings. It is about a 15/20 minute walk from the train/coach station to the hotel. I did not use any public transport but they are bus stops and tram stops nearby.

Good value rooms. Great central location. Difficult parking and none available at the hotel on arrival which disappointed me as no opportunity even to pre-book 1st room with balcony and shower, 2nd with no balcony but bathtub

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and was nearby to anywhere we needed to be! Room was clean, had a balcony and beds were comfy!

Great choice if you are looking for a place to stay along with a small kitchen

Due to covid there is no breakfast buffet but there is a kitchenette (dishes, sink, fridge, stove). They put the breakfast in the fridge which was a good amount of food. they have a coffee machine/kettle in each room with coffee pods/tea bags/hot chocolate. Shower had good pressure. All of this for a pretty cheap price!
