The hotel was lovely. It is However well outside of downtown Killarney. Its a great place to stay if you have transportation. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Easy parking and a warm and friendly welcome from reception staff. Room was clean, however, drains in bathroom did not smell good. Food in the restaurant was very good. Woken up in night by doors slamming, talking in corridors and a random phone call on the internal hone

The room is a bit small. bar/restaurant area is nice. Particularly the outside sitting area. But the WiFi is very bad and it’s a 25 minute walk to downtown

This property has zero soundproofing. If something happened in the hall, it sounded like it was in your room. The constant beeping of people not shutting their doors was also very annoying (there is an alarm on each door that goes off if it's open too long). I'm glad we only had one night there! The bartender was not particularly pleasant and had a very limited cocktail menu.

Clean and a beautiful property with charming looks. A bit out of the city but not too far. Rooms are nice and clean and offers a sumptuous breakfast. The rooms have don't have large windows and the view is restricted as there are walls outside, so gets a bit warm and stuffy but overall its a decent property.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. Breakfast is worth adding here (they even made yummy pancakes for our kids that they loved). We did have an issue with the water temperature here (even after calling to ask for someone to check it, it was barely lukewarm and not warm enough to give our kids baths without them shivering). The temperature in the room was also a little warm, but you can crack the windows to let some fresh cool air in. The guest service from check in and breakfast were magnificent. Parking is very easy. Beds were comfortable. We also had a nice view of the Killarney hills which made for a lovely wake up time when looking outside. Decent blackout curtains.

Everything was great, however this property is located outside of town so it’s not walkable to the shops and pubs. If you don’t have transportation you will need a taxi. Everything else was lovely.

Ordered triple room. Was given small double. Confirmed this with reception l, changed to a disabled room. Faulty TV with no link to any apps to stream and basic Irish channels. Rooms have gone though a recent refurb and cannot fault the style, cleanliness, but the entertainment in the room in todays tech led era, should be providing access to streaming devices, hotel has facilities to do it, just can’t connect their modern TV to their internet.

Clean and great service

Convenient to downtown, about a 5 minute drive. Do yourself a favor and stop in the info center in town. Really helpful. Staff at hotel was lovely. Rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast was lovely. Good value.

We absolutely loved this place. Exceptionally friendly staff, great restaurant, nice location. It was on the outskirts of town, so we drove to the town center for the touristy stuff. But that wasn’t an issue. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel with nice bed and great breakfast. TV reception was so bad it was impossible to watch.

Worst stay in over a decade. It started bad when they couldn’t find our reservation. Then they found it but our room was not ready. At 16:30. They found another room. That will eventually showed a temperature of 25C because the heater stayed on. According to cleanjng lady, who was bringing back a box of tissue (ours only had two!) it was a known issue. When we contacted the reception at 22:30, the lady said she was going to turn it off from reception(!) even when explained from the room service that it was a known issue… She said to wait 30 min to see improvement. At 22:55 I went directly at reception to see her flying because her shift was finishing and she had no time to take care of the issue! Thank god the night watcher was better: he found another room for us to move in, at 23:30. Short night. There was no internet what so over during all the stay. Very inconvenient in 2024. Other oddity; we had to book our included-breakfast. Apparently to make sure there is enough room for everyone, « Sorry-I-am-on holiday-and-don’t-know-what-time-I-will-wake-up » does not work for them. We had to book, put our alarm, (yes, on holiday!) to discover that we were only two couples in the whole room! Finally, on arrival they asked to see an id, but in fact they will go and photocopy it without your authorization. Last time I saw this procedure was 10 years ago, in a country that you needed visa. So, don’t bother.
