Bed a bit soft for me

It's a lovely bed and breakfast very cosy and clean. Very good location too close to town and easy parking. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a really fabulous breakfast

Very friendly and accommodating family. They helped me with my adapter and let me take theirs for my trip. Nice breakfast.

I liked everything.

The location was good for walking into the town of Tralee and close to the bus and train station.

Check in was from 2pm but when we arrived there was no one at the premise to let us in. The inner door was open but the porch door was locked, so it appeared someone was inside. We rang the bell and knocked the door but still no one came. After waiting on the driveway for over twenty minutes I managed to find a contact number and spoke to someone explaining we couldn't get anyone to answer the door. She said she would ring us straight back and put the phone down. Then after another short wait a different person called me back and said the key was under the plant pot by the side of the door. To let ourselves in and that the room was at the top of the stairs, and that she would be back in about half an hour if not she would see us in the morning at breakfast. We wasted a lot of time getting into this property only to find the room was poor standard. The towels were very bad, very vey thin and worn and grubby looking and there was only one small towel and one slightly larger for two adults in a double room for two nights. We were looking forward to our stay but were very disappointed.

The bed was the most comfortable bed and the room was clean and practical with lots of electric sockets. The breakfast was lovely and the perfect amount. The coffee was really good also.

The shower was not great. Although it was hot there was very little power in it and the shower head was fixed to the wall very high up so the little water was barley a trickle by the time it reached me. Not a deal breaker though!

I loved everything.

The only complained I had was it get's super cold in the early morning. Bathroom needs heat
