TV not warking servise poor.

Room was filthy. The pool even worst. I wish I could get my money back.

Quiet place

Room was clean and kept up, we like that they had good security and we felt safe in outlet stay. For a last min stay the price was reasonable, the restaurant that was attached had great service and good food.

Outside lights way too bright. They lit up the room even with curtains closed.

The rooms has been upgraded to penthouse status almost.

Road trip here to watch tennis tournament and side trip to Anza Borrego Desert, so proximate location was my priority. Room was clean and spacious, Bed was comfortable for sleep. Shower was hot and strong. Have mini refrigerator and microwave in room, but no mug to heat up hot drink. Front desk was friendly. Overall it completely met our expectation of just comfortable nights of sleeping

Did not like the tiny beds. They need to be very specific that they are full not queen.

It was affordable for one night stay with my girlfriend. Just wished the a/c could have been better.

The young man at the desk was friendly, polite and helpful, the woman, however, was rather cold and not helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were lacking such as no coffee or tea anywhere in the building.

I rent no less than 3 stars. Royal Plaza was rated 3 stars. It was not!! I needed to use the bathroom when I arrived, but was a bit early to check-in and there was no bathroom available outside of in-room bathrooms. Later, at check in, the desk clerk was very rude. Everyone knows that a credit card is required at check in for many reasons, one being damage security and therefore the clerk doesn't need to tell you that. This clerk talk to ne in a degrading manner, as if I've never stayed in a hotel. She said, "We need your credit card in case you smoke in the room, damage something in the room, and if we find something missing, we will charge your card for it." I specifically chose a no smoking room, and believe me, there was nothing in this hotel I would want to take home. I've giving away much better furniture than was in this room. The drawers had no handles. The Direct TV didn't work. No cleaning was done behind the furniture in the room, it was very dusty. There was less than basic amenities in the room. The shower curtain was soiled with red stains. The drain plunger didn't work. The finish on the side table was peeling. The carpet went up the wall and the staff didn't use the hose of the vacuum to clean between the wall and floor. The towels had been washed I'm sure, but they were rough and stained. I packed soap, There was one small round disc of soap in the room. The sheets looked clean. That's it.

Hotel room was old. Shower was old and dripping. No room cleaning services between day one and two. No fresh sheets or towels. We will not stay there in our next trip.

For 300 a night this was a horrible deal. This motel has no amenities, crap beds and etc. taking advantage of the winter rates in the area to charge at least three times what it’s worth.

Overall it was a good experience. Room was clean. It needs some refurbishing and outside noises were annoying while trying to sleep but I would book again.

Check in reception was very nice and friendly. But was hard to find anyone later when we needed something. Room was clean. Missing a threshold when entering the bathroom.

They gave me a room that was a complete dead zone I couldn’t even connect to wifi. The first day i let them know the lady in the front said there was nothing the can do until the owner was there that was going to be the next day told them the next day nothing was done.They were having issues with cable as well. The only way i could get wifi i had to literally go to the back of hotel. While being back there the owners drove by and questioned me. I told them why i was back there they didnt fix the issue.

Staffs are very helpful but this is not 3 stars hotel

Everything was perfect

I liked that I was the only car parked on premise besides one parked at front lobby entrance and the lighting was good and the front desk person had a monitor of 9 or so cameras of the outside pre.ises and my car was visually licated outside the desk lobby

Very satisfied with our stay very peaceful clean and near by our event. Food and gas stations walking distance.

The special services by the lobby team was very impressive

Remote for tv didn’t work. Sheets were dirty. Shower had broken pieces still attached to the wall

The area is run down. The room did not have heat unless I ordered a portable heater. TV screen was out of frame. Sliding door wouldn’t lock with much effort. The check in person was very accommodating.

The place definitley older but was very clean, with a comfortable king bed. We would stay here again

well it was ok for an older property. Owners can only take care of their property obviously surrounding property owners donot .

This is not the Hyatt Regency but is a clean and friendly place to stay for a reasonable rate. I am a mature woman who travels solo and I will have no problem staying there again. Shoutout to Nicole at the front desk who helped me with my luggage and walker.

Clean room, staffs and service not to good but... Area little dark.

Clean and newly remodeled, great location!

The staff were nice, however no running hot water in the shower. Unable to adjust heater and it kept getting colder in the night. A lot of homeless across the street in a drugged daze. Had to wipe all the counters since they were covered in a layer of dust. Got in for a good price but glad it was just for one night.

I asked twice for clean towel never got them
