This hotel is different from other Hampton Inn and Suites we’ve stayed at. The room looks old and smells of cigarette smoke.
There was no Wi-Fi connection or TV available throughout our entire stay.

The place was clean on the inside !!! Great place to stay.. the T.V decided not to work on Saturday night it was flashing and the lady at the front desk said give it 20 min call back … called back 20 minutes later and still not working ..the update never finished and flashed the whole night !!! Kept us up all night long

We asked for Room service and unfortunately the staff that took our request dropped the ball...after a long hike to the Sequoia we returned to No Room Service, NO CLEAN LINENS, NO BEDS MADE, NO TRASH REMOVED, NO VACUUMED FLOOR...We spoke to management, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Not the hotels fault but the surrounding agriculture is very smelly

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area had plenty of tables and space. Only minor complaint was the AC in the hallway didn't keep the area cool. Room was fine but the hallway was warm. Short walk to food options. Would stay there again if passing through.

Room was set up well. Bed was way too soft! Some mold in the bathroom. Staff was friendly/helpful! Great breakfast.

I usually have good experience at Hampton Inn and Suites, but unfortunately not this one. Within minutes after I checked in my room I noticed that the toilet doesn't flush. The front desk sent someone and attempted to fix it. I was instructed to push hard and hold the lever to flush the toilet. Worked instantly, however; later that night same issues occurred. I actually had to go downstairs to use the public restroom the next morning. I think this specific property definitely some proper care.

We got to hotel after 9 pm and person at the desk was friendly and efficient….

The hotel is located immediately off the highway. It is new, attractive and clean. The breakfast room is very nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.

Good location in Tulare. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. It took forever for the water to warm up in the shower-a good 3 minutes. This defeats the purpose of the low flow fixtures in this region, which is in a drought. We had several rooms for a big family event and all of the showers were slow to warm.
