From the outside, the hotel looks a bit like a motel, but do not worry, because the rooms are very much up-to-date. Rooms feel very modern, are very spacious and very comfortable. Parking is easy and you have a lot of dining options around the hotel. Good place to stay when visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.

Very nice and nicely decorated hotel. Loved the little Cubie with Bluetooth to connect to for music.

I wish I could have given five stars, it was a great value for the money. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was efficient and friendly. It appears from first glance that this is a budget hotel.. and in some ways it is. But this is a big step up from other cheaper hotels. I thought the bed was comfy, the wife didn't like the springs that creaked when you moved and felt the mattress was breaking down on the edge. It was fine for one night. The pillows, my most common complaint at most places, were just fine. The reason I can't give five stars is the noise.. which others have commented about. We had a room on the back side which cut down on the traffic noise.. but when someone walked in the room above it was like being inside a bass drum... You could also hear people talking thru the walls. The place had everything you need but not a lot of frills.. and was priced well. Would stay again.

This is the place I stay when in Tulare. Rooms are newer and comfortable.

The room was remodeled and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. All bases covered in my opinion.

Updated hotel. Clean. Decent breakfast. Only negatives were the road noise and air conditioning unit which made loud sounds that required earplug use.

Excellent stay. Very nice condition, breakfast was good and free, friendly staff, and plenty of parking. Lowest price in the area. Will be back next year.

Was skeptical about this hotel, we stay alot of them in Tulare (kids race dirt bikes at dt1) , this place is way better then most of the places qe stay arround was chwaper , cleaner and the rooms were updated and nice. Dont be fool by lower prices this place was awsome

I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 3-star location with a 9.0 customer satisfaction rating. Neither of these were our experience. We were in town for just one night to visit my husband's 99-year-old mother who had fallen and broken her hip. What we needed was a good night's sleep; what my husband wanted was a "no alarms" morning to sleep in a bit. Neither occurred. The air conditioning unit was *directly* next to the bed, and the vents were not moveable. This means that in order to bring the room down to a sleep-able temperature, the person sleeping closest to the AC got blasted with air ... and the other person had to pile up pillows in order to avoid the direct air flow all night long. The other frustrating aspect of our stay was that our "neighbors" chose to have a raucous conversation at 4:00 AM. It was so loud and so contentious, we considered calling 911 because it sounded like an argument between several men and a woman. But we concluded it was "just" loud discussion. To each their own ... we would have preferred sleep. The wall separating our rooms was too thin and needed better sound-proofing ... Definiately will not be staying here again.

The receptionist was terrific! She took great care of us. The room looked brand new. Very comfortable. We will stay here again for sure!

Breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Only two concerns - need lid on toilet so towels, etc don't accidently fall in and trash truck and landscaper came way too early in the morning. Minor concerns dor sure. Would definitly stay again.

Overall great experience. This place was a true gem in the middle of a long stretch of highway that is Route 99. Everything in the room looked modern and new and clean. White sheets, white towels, etc. This was probably the nicest place I've stayed in years, including some Vegas locations. The only weird thing was that the toilet had no cover and there was no place to put stuff in the bathroom so I felt like I was doing a balancing act to make sure my clothes, etc didn't fall into the bowl. Outside that, I had my best night of sleep in weeks there. I was almost sad I was just passing through and only stayed a night. I will definitely stay here if I pass through again!

Friendly staff

Usually its great; no issues. But the room we were given this time smelled like there had been pets in it (dog urine) and I don't have any and did not ask for a room for pets. Definitely need to check that. Breakfast was good (didn't realize they had it, but you have to eat it there).
