Good size rooms and breakfast was well prepared.

Loved everything about this Best Western ! Clean,quiet and the staff is very friendly and helps in any way possible. Their free breakfast was really good with a lot of options. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Love to your hotel your breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were nice and accommodating and clean. Staff was very very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. And the price was very reasonable.

It an excellent hotel and ;location, shopping is next door.

I arrived and everything was fine until i went to take a shower before bed. I went onto the shower and found that a shower curtain was missing so I had to go down to ask for one because the front desk was not answering. Then i went to pull out the extra bed that is in the sofa and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows. At this point my so and myself were so tired we just shared the beed instead of going down to get blankets. We then both tossed and turned all night on a mattress that was the hardest matress i have ever slept on. My son literally wokeup in the middle of the biggt and said "this matress sucks!". It was absolutely miserably. I didnt get a chance to complain at the front because we had to be on the road by 6am to do a 13 hour drive back to reno. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! Oh and when I got up at 5am to make my coffee the coffee machine was also broken. So I had to be up later than i wanted because i had to locate a shower curtain, share a bed because there was no blankets for the second bed, crap sleep because bed was so uncomfortable and didnt even get coffee because the machine was broken!

Best Western plus Suprise AZ 04/28/24- 04/30/24… Not only have I worked in the industry for over 20 years renovating hotels, because of that I have had to stay in many while working. This by far is not a new hotel but I will tell you, it was the cleanest, friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. For the price point you might expect far less. The room was clean, well appointed and not smelly in the least. The breakfast was edible, hot and well laid out. They have a noise policy that apparently works pretty well because in my three day stay I was not inconvenienced by a loud guest and the hotel was pretty well filled. Corridors were clean, etc. I could go on and on. I just this property and those who run it deserve a thank you for that these times they came through big time. You have my accolades and deserve them. Super easy pit stop on our road trip with a dog. Welcoming staff, clean room and a welcome cookie. What more could you want!

Front desk staff were professional and courteous. Room and public clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good.

Did not receive room type I paid for and had bbq sauce on remote in room. No king bed is not fun for this couple.

The room was very noisy with people on the floor above. Pretty run down and our window looked onto a peaked roof and that was it....They charged us $40 for a small dog which I think is really high.... Probably would never stay there again...

It was clean and safe. The staff was nice and our needs were taken care of.

good breakfast each morning

Picked this hotel because it was pet-friendly with no weight limit on dogs. I brought my dog & had to drive somewhere else everyday because there is not even a small patch of grass at the hotel! The gym was mediocre at best. There were no cleaning wipes…gross! It’s honestly the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have one single treadmill! Five minutes into riding the janky exercise bike, the tv went out and it was only audio. The beds were comfortable and my family said there was a good variety at breakfast.

Got two rooms for two days for a spring training trip. Chose it because it was cheaper than others in the area when I wanted to be there. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Location was good with stores and food options close. Room was comfortable and clean. Room was not serviced during stay, which is annoying

Stayed here before

We had to ask for clean towels on day two. On day 4 we had to request clean towels and to have trash or waste baskets emptied (which had not been done since our arrival). The only time housekeeping came to our room was AFTER we made the request on day 4. Very poor housekeeping service. Will not stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was my son favorite part lol wouldn’t change a thing
