There was works going on- side of the hotel where we were.
I rang for room service and was told this was not available for my booking. This was very annoying as I was not told that I was not allowed room service.

It was amazing. Resort had excellent service and amenities. View gorgeous. Pool perfect.

There’s are holes and defects everywhere. The place needs clear restoration and attention. Elevators make a loud banging sound when closing n sounds unsafe. Holes in the room sofa, chair on the balcony by and just down right clear neglect.

I traveled with my family and we had an amazing time! The staff is friendly, welcoming and the service is great. They have great entertainment for everyone and the resort is family friendly. The rooms can use a little upgrade but overall we had a wonderful time.

Me and my family of 4 stayed at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach from August 1-6, 2024 and we enjoyed our stay. There were 4 main restaurants (Italian, Japanese hibachi, smokehouse, and main buffet). We tried all 4 and the Japanese one was the best. You need to make reservations for this restaurant and I would do it sooner rather than later. We flew in on Thursday evening and waited until Friday morning to try to make reservations for any of the nights we would be there and couldn’t get in. Finally, we showed up on Sunday night and asked the restaurant directly and they alllowed us to eat without reservations. We were able to eat on a Sunday night because they were going to be closed on Monday and then we were leaving on Tuesday. Please keep in mind that these restaurant do have a dress code… men cannot show up for dinner in tank tops and sleeveless shirts. The resort is “open.” Air condition is only in your room and dining/ common areas. Do not expect AC while from the lobby to your rooms. There is a night club that is located inside in one of the other hotels on the same property which is like a 2 min walk. The activity schedule were not truly transparent so we missed a lot of the events they had going on. The pool closed at 7 pm and just bring extra cash to TIP because everyone expects a TIP down to the very person making your omelet or fresh juice during breakfast.

We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and the hurricane Beryl arrive the Wednesday so bearing in mind due to the hurricane and what I see and experience I give a score of AVERAGE

Teach the staff when guest ask directions to a certain area, not to point instead take a few minutes show them. Give a tour of the facility to new guest if asked. I spent 5 days asking for help & staff kept pointing.

This stay was so awful it has taken me a year to be able to face writing the review for it. The room was terrible (we arrived to a broken door that didn't lock and it wasn't much better maintained inside) the staff were unpleasant (one of them actually said to me if I wanted better service I should have stayed on the other side of the hotel), the food was disappointing. Shared areas of the property were well maintained hence the three stars as opposed to one.

The Concierege was WAY too aggressive with their sales pitch

It was my first time staying with this company since my friend suggested them but I will never return to them. I had to pay a lot more money to switch me to another Iberostar (Grand). They made me wait for couple of hrs to switch and Paid $700 as they said these resorts are the same but under different managements.
I was celebrating a birthday at their new location (Grand) but they could not find a candle for a 2x2 inch cake. What a shame. I hope someone look into this.

Loved our stay here! Sparkle - Legs&Thighs- Damion- Warren just to list a few of the amazing staff at the resort !!! The food was nothing to run home to mom about however it was still better than most. I will definitely be returning to this resort
