Staff were incredible. The only negative were some stains on linens that I would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There are a number of eating options right on the campus

Great room for a girls trip for outlet shopping. Comfortably fit the 4 adults. Easy walk thru to the parking garage. Check in and out was seamless.

I used to live in the area and remember this being built. First time staying. Great place for business or a higher end hotel for personal visiting. The gym is top notch and plenty big with amenities. My room was great with supplied amenities and storage. Although I could not get the tv to work, it wa not a deal breaker as I could care less. I’d stay again when the time comes.

The staff was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The room was clean and beautiful. Loved the tv on the bathroom mirror as well as the main tv. The location of the hotel was accessible to downtown Naperville, top golf, shopping etc.

Let me start by saying I always judge a book by its cover and I've never been wrong. With that said, when I came across this listing, I was instantly drawn to it and knew this is where I wanted to stay for my first visit to Chicago.
Upon entering, I was already amazed by the smell in the lobby as well as the friendliness of the worker (forgot her name, sorry!) who greeted me. She was actually helpful in the fact that I arrived before check-in time and was able to situate me.
I got two deluxe suites and it was by far, the best room I've ever stayed in. Just so beautiful and clean and a calm environment.
I went to Lavazza which was good and the spa which me and my parents found amazing!
An overall 10/10! Would definitely choose it again.

Went to take a bath in the soak tub and when I looked in the tub after it had been filling up for a few mins there was dirt, hair and other stuff floating in the water. The hotel was nice and the area was quiet. We ordered food service and when the food arrived out pancakes were cold and they forgot the syrup which is part of the description of the meal. When we called to get the syrup it arrived good as well.

So serene and fancy. I took this small trip to unplug and unwind. This stay gave me everything I needed in a short period of time. My bath, my bed, my workout all helped me completely relax. My room looked amazing and the staff was so courteous. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. It's convenient for meetings in and near Naperville. Nice hotel, easy in and out to major highways.

Front desk staff was excellent.
Housekeeping and maintenance were very responsive.
Bar is nice although one of the bartenders was a bit uptight. Wine and bourbon selections were good.
I didn’t care for the placement of the blinking smoke alarm over the bed and while the opaque glass bathroom wall is interesting, if someone in your party needs to get up early and get ready, when they turn the bathroom light on, it lights up the whole room — which was the case for us being on different schedules.
Overall, a lovely hotel and I would recommend.
