The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything we expected.

The breakfast was very lackluster. I don't expect much from an included breakfast and this was even lower than expected. Pool was very cold for an indoor pool as well.

We had a large room with comfortable beds. The bathroom was ok. The hotel employs a reasonable cleaning policy, the amenities include a basic but working and inexpensive guest laundry and a safe in every room.

The breakfast was getting noticeably worse during our stay. Coffee getting thinner, oatmeal more watery every day, "real" plates and utensils were replaced by disposable paper/plastic. The guest laundry was only partially operating; some units had obviously been out-of-order for a long time. The bathroom products (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner) are using disposable small containers instead of wall-mounted refillable units.

cold water throughout entire stay. staying for basketball--showers were a must; none of us could shower. pool closed as well.

We tried checking in at 2:45 pm about 15 mins before the published check in time. We were told by the lady at the reception she did not have a room ready for us and we could either return in a little while or wait in the lobby. Since we'd arrived from out of state we decided to wait hardly10 feet from the reception. We waited till 3:30 pm before I approached the same lady at the reception again. This time, I was told a room was available. I don't understand why we were not told the room was ready when we were sitting right there and waiting for 45 mins. This unprofessional behavior tainted the otherwise good experience.

Room is really **HUGE** with plenty of storage for a long stay. Hotel is conveniently located near Fermilab (10' drive).

- Room was really noisy: I could tell exactly where the person in the room above was walking, which was very disturbing, especially at night. - Wifi is really bad: I complained once, and they rebooted the router (after 30' on the phone with customer care) but it did not really solve the problem - Breakfast is passable: - on the weekend and Monday it was served only in disposable polystyrene cups which made the experience horrible (both from the food taste and the environmental side) - during the rest of the week re-usable plastic cups were provided, the problem there was that 60% of them are not properly washed

Coffee should be available all day long - If you want coffee at night you have to pay. ac wasn't consistently cool. Side door for entry was open . Would not lock when shutting. Shortage of staff on some days. If the person at the desk was on the phone you could wait for 15+ minutes for a plastic bag or to ask a question.
