Very good free, hot breakfast. Upgraded bathrooms, airport shuttle service, good location, and friendly service.

In room carpets are not properly cleaned - my feet were black after walking barefoot on the carpet for 5 minutes.
Visible water stains from leaking in the ceiling, damp carpet and mold/mildew from leaking AC unit.
Food area was dirty, would probably not pass a State inspection.

Very old hotel, definitely showing its age. The facilities are outdated, and the rooms could use some serious renovation. We booked this hotel only reason for convenience. Close to airport. it desperately needs an update to meet modern standards.

The stay was not good. The breakfast was disgusting and limited. The room was never cleaned. We stayed for one and a half weeks. Constant extreme noise from above us. Stomping and moving around. I spoke to the front desk several times and the noise continued. They did nothing to rectify the situation. The mattresses had some type of plastic top. They crunched every time you moved the shower stopped up constantly. We deserve some type of monetary compensation. Will never stay here again. I still can’t get over the constant noise. We lost a lot of sleep

Stay was decent for one night. The sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining properly, but the shower pressure was AMAZING! One of the best showers I’ve taken in a long time. Would come back for a quick 1-2 night stay again just for that shower.

When we arrived saw roaches around the property. Also inside the room in the bathroom looks like the cleaning people killed a bug and just left it, didn't bother to clean it up. When we came inside the lobby and in the halls place smell musty and old. Definitely needs improvements. Room was good space although beds are old.

We went to get in the shower after a long trip. The bathtub had brownish colored wet spots in the bottom and when we looked the water was dripping from the light fixture inside of the shower

I’m tired of hotels charging these outrageous prices, sub par breakfast (the worst I’ve ever had in my life), rooms that smell like cat urine, mold/mildew and a rusty ass microwave, shower appendages. There was also a syringe found in my room where my young son was (I wasn’t touching it!!). First time, last time never to repeat. All the hotels on Airgate Road AVOID THEM.
Front Desk people were not friendly at all except for the young black man who assisted me (thank you).

This place was nice! The staff was so nice, the rooms are clean and well stocked. The only complaint I had was that the breakfast was disappointing and there were not enough plugs in the room.

The front desk person was very disrespectful and not helpful they advertised a pool and theirs was not functioning and they would not refund the room we booked the room to use the pool. Then we went to the room the walls were dirty, the room smelled of a skunk and we could not bare it. We decided to leave and will not be staying at another Cambria property

The property had a smell of both tobacco and marijuana in it. The indoor pool was not working as advertised. It was the first time I have been disappointed in a property when booking through Expedia.

Flight cancelled and needed somewhere to stay at short notice. Very comfy bed but hotel very run down. Breakfast dreadful…really awful. But staff fantastically helpful and really did go the extra mile.

Moldy floors, toilet wouldn’t flush, weird smell in the rooms, unreliable shuttle to and from the airport, and breakfast looked like it was days old. We’re not picky but this wasn’t even a decent hotel unfortunately. You get what you pay for.

The price for the room size was great. However, this hotel needs to update their rooms so that its pleasant to the eye. Get new let out sofas, make the rooms brighter. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Swimming pool ot available.

We booked our stay last minute due to a canceled flight. Pros: within 2 miles of the airport, offered a free airport shutte, breakfast was decent (on the go coffee, bagel, & some hot food options), and great customer service. Cons: not enough time spent for a true evaluation.

I was having trouble with my toilet not flushing, no maintenance person ever came to fix it, I fixed it myself, no hand soap in the bathroom or shower gel, when I asked for items I had to retrieve them myself, the gym looked abandon, the breakfast didn't look like what was online, and the pool was not in service.

Property has gone downhill since I first stayed there in 2019. Hallways were hot and clearly not air conditioned as well as the rooms.
Staff was very friendly as I had a flight delay and made my check in & out very easy.

Worst service at checkin ever experienced. Clerk stated our card was declined for payment from Expedia. Spent almost an hour trying to get Expedia to clear up the charges. Not Expedia’s issue as the clerk clearly had no clue since she told the next two guests their cards were declined as well from their third party bookings.

Hotel needs upgrades badly. Receive towels and no soap for sink hand washing. Room seemed dingy, not what I expected & not what I’m use too…

Don't understand why the Pool is not available, full of water, but was given 2 different excuses why it was not available. (Was traveling with grandkids)Selection of food for breakfast could have been better. Pictures were a little deceiving, 1 room wasn't ready, but they moved us down the hallway.

It was very quiet, and it seemed very safe the area and surroundings. The staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was very good.
