The carpet in the room and the coach had a lot of dirty stains.

Great location with a great view of the cathedral. Excellent staff who were really friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the room. Great selection for breakfast from cooked to continental. Just what we needed after camping watching the Tour de France. No on sight parking but you can use the spaces in the neighbouring streets which although state time restrictions, you can use the app and overpay which I did for 2 days parking.

Beautiful hotel across from the cathedral or Basilica as it’s sometime cold. Parking very close. Some shopping. We were too late for dinner which they stop serving and restaurants at 9:30. That sound a restaurant recommended by the pizzeria that stays open till I think 1 AM. It was decorated so cool, and the food was wonderful, it’s behind the cathedral on one of the side streets. I think the name was speakeasy, not positive on that.

We had a cathedral-view room, and it didn't disappoint. The room was very pleasant, and the hotel is ideally located for visiting the cathedral and exploring the old city on foot.

My recent stay (Feb 23) was for 7 night, 5 of which all of us had NO HOT WATER.....reception didnt want to know, no manager in sight to offer support, loads of people were complaining, had to have freezing showers in the morning - I left a day early as I couldnt take it any longer........very very poor customer service, total lack of support

Having stayed at hotels all over the world, this is the first time I have stayed in a highly rated hotel where there is no hot water provided to the room. Three days into a 4 day stay and they still cannot provide hot water. Not great having a cold shower in winter time!! The hotel does not seem to be doing anything to resolve the issue despite them saying day after day that it has been sorted out. I am not isolated in this issue as all 6 collegaues booked into the hotel have the same problem.

Great location very neat the Cathedral. Good range of bars and restaurants just a short walk.

Really friendly staff wherever we connected with them. Extensive breakfast selection. Very comfortable food

The hotel is bright, welcoming,, nice breakfast, very close to the cathedral. The restaurant evening menu is fine, perhaps a bit limited. We had a lovely room with a cathedral view It looked to have been recently renovated and was spacious, with a small fridge and safe What was a little disappointing was the bathroom It was very small indded. Climbing in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge The sink was large but the plug didn't stay in, whereas the plug in the bath had to be picked out with your fingernails!!! The built-in hairdryer didnt work, but the hotel lent us one. These are small issues, which we reported, and I'm sure they would be sorted out. We were surprised to see paper cups in the room for making drinks but we felt that this was an eco move, however for a four star hotel, a bit unexpected.. We would stay again

Everything was good. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, but we brought sanitary wipes and cleaned it to our satisfaction

Good hotel, particularly good views as it is just opposite the Cathedral in Amiens. My only grumble would be that Mercure generally do not provide good pillows. Otherwise I'm happy with the hotel

Very bad check in service , nobody at desk and had to go back several times to check in Food awful! Quite the worst toughest steak I have ever had. Set ice in the restaurant was however very nice

Location was good, using the Cathedral as a landmark to get back. Used the hotel as a base to visit a few WW1 cemeteries. When I parked the car, I had problems finding the hotel as the car park exit was nowhere near the hotel.

In centre of town. Quiet area. Restaurant near by. Confortable hotel. View of cathedral. Very pleased.

Stayed in a suite. Great view of the cathedral from the balcony. Staff very helpful. I was really impressed by the anti Covid measures in place. We felt very safe.

The receptionists were all very kind.

Cleanliness was not at all at the expected level. Very disappointing. Several spots were dirty and the tilet handle was full of traces (this during COVID time!). The room was at the very end of the hotel, and appeared to be "a bit lost". It this because the reservation was done over hotel.com and not directly?

Nice view. Did not like bathroom layout. Odd saloon glass doors that pretty much touch the bed. Towels very shabby quality. Two very cheap plastic cups. carpet not in great shape. it was fine. tv was good with cnn bbc

There werent any tea making facilities and when I asked , I was told that they no longer supply due to Covid 19 regulations. I do not see why this is not possible. When travelling I look forward to a hot drink and some quiet relaxation in my room. No shampoo either.

The room was spacious clean & comfotable - the chairs & soft furnishings showing some wear. However the bed & pillows were excellent.The staff were pleasant & helpful. It’s in a great location for visiting the cathedral & old town. Breakfast was not the best quality but it was plentiful.It’s a great price.
