This historic hacienda turned into a hotel in a few words is just amazing,….the friendly staff and complementary breakfast every morning in the gardens of the hacienda were a highlight of our stay here.
Totally recommended when you visit Valladolid.

I love that the property is well, very clean and the staff from the hotel were very friendly and hospitable. The parking while checking out was not very friendly I was boxed in and asked how am I suppose to get out he said like this he was able to get in but hit the other car while getting in I said be careful he got upset got out of the care and said for me to get in. Since I could not get in he left and I had to claim in from the passengers side to the driver. He said I don’t want to scratch your car. Obviously he did not get a tip since I was left to fend for myself. But hotel staff a facility were great. Definitely would recommend it.

A lovely stay, with a nice clean facility and helpful staff. Included breakfast was a treat and much appreciated. The restaurant dinner options were priced well, but food was just OK.

We only spent one night here, but the hotel is historic and absolutely stunning. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful, quiet, clean and very well maintained the staff was very helpful and cordial. The area is very safe to walk and close to the main square of the historical center. we loved it and are planing to return soon!

This hotel is beautiful. The architecture and decor made it look classy. The rooms were clean, the plants were well maintained, and the pool was refreshing. Our room also included breakfast and unlimited snacks and drinks inside the mini-fridge.the indoor parking was an added bonus. The restaurant provided us with a panoramic view of local landmarks The proximity to the pyramids, cenotes and tour buses made this the perfect spot for my disabled mother, my sister, and I. The staff was attentive and very friendly. We relaxed and will come back to this hotel!

We stayed 1 night here and would go back in a minute. The room was really nice. Great view from the rooftop seating off the 4th floor. The roof top restaurant and bar has a great view. We ate in the main floor restaurant and the food was fantastic for dinner and lunch. Really authentic. Really cool place. Hotel is right on the main square.

Amazing stay in an amazing hotel! The service and help we received from the employees was also very good. I highly recommend for everyone travelling to Valladolid either as a couple or as a family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

This is a wonderful hotel! Beautiful, clean and historic. We both had one of the best night's sleeps we have had in a long time. Also, the rooftop terrace is not to be missed at night. We saw the light show on the cathedral while enjoying our drinks from downstairs. Highly recommended.

El Meson del Marques is a lovely hotel with great ambiance and an excellent restaurant in front. A detraction was the upstairs restaurant which played very very loud music until midnight. Also, the toilet seat lid would not stay up therefore the lid was leaning on your back. Not nice.

This hotel is right on the main square, yet its located remains relatively quiet. ( We were there unknowingly during Carnivale, and experienced a loud parade one evening. )
Out room overlooked the pool and the jacuzzi that didn’t work during any of the 3 days we were there. In the morning we would be awakened early to the clamor of hotel staff. Specialty Restaurant and bar staff were not very pleasant and knowledgeable about their services.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I knew that i was compromising when i booked this hotel. In exchange for location i knew i was giving up something.. that something was cleanliness.
Yes its well located but i also feel like someone must have been chopped up in pieces in my room.. it has a dirty ground with questionable blood stains and dark nasty stains - maybe shoes got dragged.
Also; the grounds are gross.. the pool is dirty.. the elevator is nasty and the ground and walls are gross.
Its no wonder im in the lobby instead of returning to my room.. its worst up there.
The parking is good though and parking attendants are nice.
Internet SUCKS!

Overall this hotel is a fabulous place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of town. The dining and food was good. Rooftop dining is great. The room is a bit small and a bit dark but beds are comfortable and shower is great.

I slipped and fell on very wet floor the baggage guy was great and brought me ice immediately and asked if i needed a Dr. But i said no. That being said they should not have put my room next to construction which caused all the water on the hallway wallway and stairs. I also heard lots of noise from them working at night. Room was very clean, stff nice, restaurant good, free parking and location great! BUT not having hot water to shower in was aweful

This is a beautiful setting. The stay was a gift for my niece's honeymoon. The location, the layout of the restaurant feels as if you are eating in the garden. It is also veruy close to several sight seeing attractions

Our room was located at the restaurant(s) section. The cleaning in the evening was horrible. We heard every sound. I would stay again but not at those rooms location. Other than that, a solid 10!

Loved it: old world charm and glam with modern service. Every staff we encountered was warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
