The hotel is nice and in a great location for the price. More on the older side and can use some updating but still a decent hotel. The bathroom was large although shower is on the smaller side like many in italy. The bed is on the harder side but still usable. it’s pretty clean overall, but could use some deep cleaning of areas and things maybe replaced or retouched to feel cleaner. Overall great hotel that has a pool and ocean view.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. At the waterfront with good view of the lake.

We were greeted by the most delightful woman at the reception desk! From there, her partner at reception and the rest of the staff continued a great performance. The view-spectacular. The food very good. Housekeeping-outstanding. The beds were hard, but only need a pillow top mattress pad. The pillows were hard, but again only need a soft one in the mix. Would stay again, especially the terrace units.

Good location, large lake view room. Staff friendly. Walk along Lake was not pleasant as there were thousand of mosquitoes, and its not even summer yet. They get worse.

We have stayed here several times and it is consistently good. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is warm, spacious and comfortable. A very good breakfast is served in a lovely spot overlooking Lakd Garda. Wi-fi ithroughout the hotel. Plenty of parking.

Nice location, free parking. The room was really warm and mosquitoes would fly in if you opened the windows. The bed was not very comfortable.

We stayed at Estée for 3 nights while visiting Lake Garda. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping as well as a lovely walk to the ferry. The breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had some trouble regulating the room temperature and figuring out how to adjust the shower temp.

Perfectly situated with a view of the lake. Great for relaxation, listening to the waves. The service was friendly, the breakfast was small but there was plenty to choose from (more than at a lot of places). Very easy walk from the train station and the main part of downtown/castle. Several of the pool chairs are broken and need to be replaced or fixed. Other than that I have no complaints and plan to visit again!

Good location, near center but quiet, old furniture but in good condition, good size of room and bathroom, wonderful view from breakfast area- it s why I chose this hotel. Would stay there again. Fair conditions for the price in Desenzano.

This was a comfortable hotel with a very good like you. The staff was very friendly and able to speak English. We normally stay at five star hotels, but needed to have driving convenience to the Verona airport and also touring the perimeter of the lake and it's very charming towns. Note that the swimming pool while adequate is not as large as it appears in their website photos.

We had an enjoyable and memorable stay in this hotel. I feel this hotel is the best kept secret in Desenzano Del Garda. It is located literally on Lake Garda which means the terraces and balconies offer stunning uninterrupted views over this beautiful lake and mountains. We had a room with a large terrace overlooking the lake offering uninterrupted views of this stunning location. This meant the room was not large which was of no concern to ourselves as we were either out and about or when we were in we were on the terrace. There are larger rooms available if this is important to you.The staff were very friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts offered a wide choice of options all of which were nice and the breakfast room had stunning views over the lake as well. The Estee has a restaurant which equally has unrivalled views over the lake whilst enjoying a drink or meal during the day or evening. No other restaurant in Desenzano Del Garda has views to rival this restaurant. The Hotel has a small pool again with stunning views over the lake whilst swimming and sun bathing

We hade a very good time at hotel Estee. Near the lake and the citycenter. The room was very good so the food/breakfast. Nice and helpful personal. The balcony with its view was excellent. We could hav stayed there the hole week. We can nothing but recommend this hotel and we think already on make another visit.

This is a great hotel for location with some fantastic staff who are very happy to help. The property is a little dated but is very comfortable and appealing. The breakfast is ok but not exciting when the spray is for more than a few days. Overall I would stay here again but would strongly recommend rooms with a lake view and balcony

This was supposed to be a four-star hotel. It wasn't. The room was very bare-bones without a kettle or any kind of coffee maker. There were only a few people staying there and the very stale breakfast looked like it had been dragged out repeatedly. The hotel does have a good view of the lake but our room only overlooked the traffic at the front of the hotel. Admittedly we had booked a cheap room but when I asked about an upgrade they asked for an additional cost of £30 which I thought excessive, especially given that the hotel was virtually empty. The pool does not open until May and even the terrace bar with a supposedly panoramic view was not open. Next time out of season I would be tempted to stay at a less expensive hotel in the centre of the town.

we went in february and had a lovely time weather was misty for first two days but woke up to sun and fantastic views of lake and mountains. out of season and most hotels and restaurants closed which was great because it was easy to see everything without queues.

If they tried a bit more it would have been a dream. My terrace was a wonder, and bathroom great. Still overall it's in need of serious update to merit 4 stars and the hundreds of euro I paid per night.

It is about a 20 minute walk downhill from the train station. Good size room overlooking main road. Reasonable breakfast. Good location for walking into town or for ferry over to Sirmione. Only issue was with the wifi. It was unusable in the room. Fortunately we had our own dongle to use.
