Property was a short walk from the city square and other attractions. Very walkable and safe. The hotel itself was clean and the staffwas very helpful.

This was one of our favorite hotels during our trip. Staff was very friendly and spoke English (if your German is “nur ein bisschen”. :) breakfast was a bit spendy but delicious and worth it to us for a good and convenient meal. Rooms were pretty spacious and well thought out with some really nice touches, like a towel warmer…❤️. LOVE that so many hooks were provided…it’s an easy way to help us keep our room neat, I don’t know why more hotels don’t do that. Definitely recommend.

We came to go for Christmas Market, not the best location and Parking was an issue. Room was odd but clean. All in all ok but not exceptional.

Location was great, easy walking distance to old town & other sites, also close by if needed to use train. Grocery store & bakery nearby also. Room was cosy & clean, beds were a little hard though.

The staff were all so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The property was in a very easy area to wander about.

Absolutely the breakfast. Only 15 Euro, many choices, delicious and healthy. If you spend Sunday in Germany. Hotel breakfast is probably a must, because most of the businesses either close or open very late time.

Hotel was very good. the only down side is the few stairs going up. otherwise excellent service and all.

Nice room, nice location and (except for the below) nice staff Left my baggage with the concierge. Later that day the other concierge told me that she found it outside the luggage room. Nothing was stolen, thankfully

She’s for a room opposite the street and got a SMALL room on the 5th floor ON the steet. THIS USED TO BE A GREAT HOTEL but it has gone downhill badly in the last couple of years. The breakfast buffet was awesome in the past but. Barely mediocre now

Nice and comfortable hotel in Nuremberg next to the old town.

It was very close to the entrance of the old town. It was also walking distance to the tram station. There is a sushi place in the corner. The staff at the desk was kind enough to wait for us during late check in and he assisted us with parking. Very clean and quiet. We slept peacefully after walking around town the whole day. Breakfast was expensive though. We definitely recommend staying here.

A bit disappointed as neither the TV or towel warmer worked in the room.

The only downfall was the location. Too far from the town sir restaurants etc. the hill is quite steep To walk up. Everything else was perfect. Breakfast was ok but for 15 Euro not a must.

Great location just outside of Old town. Quiet. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. I’d stay here again if I come back. Highly recommended by me, a New Yorker.

The gotel is located just steps away from Old Town with lots of shopping and reataurant options. It was eaay to find and to navigate around. Parking was a bit tight but doable. There was no air conditioning so the rooms were a bit warm at night but the windows opened and they provided a fan. Room was clean and comfortable with recent upgrades. Nice place.

This hotel is off the beaten path, but worth the effort. It is an updated, clean hotel with history. We stayed here for business/pleasure for a week. Although it is outside of the old city (altstadt), it is right across the street and within walking distance of everything. The castle is very close. Great location to walk to very good restaurants and shops. It is easily accessible from the tram from the airport and from the U-train stop at the Plarrer stop and then up on the tram. The staff is very friendly and German (a good thing) They spoke better English than our German and they are hard-working and accommodating. We highly suggest the breakfast. It is very reasonable in price for the delicious assortment of food. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was a quiet stay and we got good rest. There is a Netto Market store (mini grocery store) within walking distance if you need anything. There is a minibar in the room if you need a refreshment or snack. Check in and check out was easy. We rented a car on our last day, but parked on the street (difficult), so we cannot confirm parking.

Awesome breakfast, quiet area, but a literal stone’s throw from the old town.

This was the perfect location- easy to walk around and get to the Christmas market and right across from the imperial castle. Most of all- the breakfast was by far one of the best ever! It was a buffet of amazing food. The woman in charge had the most professional pride I’ve seen and kept it well stocked and fresh! Well worth it being included in the price. Staff was friendly, and hotel room was spacious. Would highly recommend staying there!

Good location, breakfast and friendly staff will definitely stay there again when Nuremberg.

We were very satisfied with the size of the room, comfortable bed, elegant bathroom. A little bit noisy at early morning(windows should be checked), it disrupted our sleep quite a lot. The breakfast was excellent and the service polite and prompt, but the area was crowded and we had to share table with complete strangers. ItWe couldn´t leave the car till (later) afternoon, and it caused us some inconvenience - returning for the car and leaving it in the parkhaus. But overall it´s a very pleasant and friendly hotel, not far from Durer´s house. However, not very close to the Germanisches national Museum and shopping areas.
