Get the room with balcony! The view is great the location is close to everything. Service is friendly and attentive. I’d stay again.

Great location, clean, free water, coffee and snacks everyday, the person at the desk (Francisco and Adrianna ) are very helpful and generous. For sure will be be back at this hotel..

The view from the room with a balcony is as beautiful as advertised. It is worth paying extra for it. The hotel is super central, in a lovely and safe location. The amenities were great and the host was very generous with snacks and drinks. The puppy co-host is adorable. Highly recommended, cannot wait to come back.

Our room was lovely, with a great view of the Arno River. The location was very convenient to most of the big attractions in Florence -- very walkable. Loved the fridge full of free snacks and drinks in the common area. Thanks for a great stay!

Vintage feel, beautiful location, and excellent service

This place was amazing! Francesco the host was a great welcoming host. He showed us a map of the city and gave us tips on places to visit. He also had a common area with a fully stocked refrigerator with wine, water, beer and champagne for us to take from which was no extra charge. The room was amazing and bed was very comfortable. I cannot recommend this place more! We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Florence!

The location was amazing, right on the river with incredible views of the sunset. So close to everything, made all the museums, piazzas, restaurants really accessible. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and the hotel itself was very clean, well decorated, air conditioned. The common area with open bar made it feel very luxurious - when I first arrived he popped a bottle of Italian sparkling wine for a me and brought it to my room! Would highly recommend and I would stay again if I return to Florence

Perfect hotel in the centre of Florence. The river view was gorgeous! 10 mins walk to main attractions and train station. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The free fridge/ bar situation was incredible as was the service! Could not have hoped for a better hotel/ stay in Florence.

Residenza Vespucci was a dream hotel for us. My 94 year old mother and I travelled to Florence for a week in May 2023. Upon arrival, we met Francesco, the owner of the hotel. He was gracious, warm and welcoming. His dog Lapo (the trusted hotel concierge) was calm and soft and lovable. His presence made us feel at home. Our room was the Grand Suite which had a huge (but narrow) balcony directly facing the River Arno. The rooms are lovely, and large. There was a king sized bed for Mom, a very comforable pullout for me, and two clean bathrooms. The hotel has an elevator, so it was easy to get Mom in and out of the hotel. Mom and I spent hours every day on that balcony - drinking tea, wine, and Francesco's homemade Limoncello. We watched a beaver enter its lodge, rowers and anglers, people walking dogs, foot traffic. bicycles, traffic, scooters.....and the birds were wonderful - Night herons, seagulls, swifts, Igrets... You can see the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony, and the moon rising over the river is magical. The balcony itself was a wonderful outlet for fresh air, beautiful moonlight, and activity to watch. Particularly for someone who has limited mobility. And then there was Francesco. He is the consumate host!! Caring, compassionate, and genuine. Every day he provided little thoughtful services and kindnesses. One night Mom had a medical event and Francesco had a physician attend the room in 15 minutes. We have rebooked! *****

The best experience in Florence. I have been several times in Florence, but this time my stay was extraordinary in the Residenza Vespucci. My room had a very nice balcony with amazing views! I had the opportunity to do a lot of videos and pictures for Instagram. The host is very nice and kind person. You can reach any touristic, historic and interesting point walking from the Residenza Vespucci. It is 5 minutes walking from the train station. Now, this is my favorite place to stay in Florence.

Super Location, right next to the river. Great Views. Only minutes walk to local restaurants and main sq's. 15 min walk to main train station and Airport Tram Terminal. Manager and staff great, Would def use again if re-visiting.

Magnificent stay at a beautiful place with the most friendly host.

Great stay, great location. The view from the balcony is unforgettable beautiful! We booked the suite that had separated sitting room with two full bathrooms and one wrap around large balcony, it was so comfortable we felt like we were staying at a nice Italian home, not a hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love this hotel. Our suite, with a large living room and separate bedroom had three small balconies virtually sitting over the Arno. Awesome views. Perfect location. The lovely young woman who runs the hotel makes you feel that she is personally responsible for assuring that your stay in Florence is her personal responsibility. I fell on the street and asked her where I would find an emergency room. Knowing I would have a long, long wait if I went to nearest hospital emergency room, she found and booked me at an excellent private clinic, and had a pair of crutches waiting in my room upon my return. It’s like having family in Florence
