It has been a very lovely family holidays. Hotel is perfectly suitable for families with small children. Choice of different swimming pools, food was amazing, very clean apartments and staff helpful and approachable. I would definitely revisit this hotel.

Well - I normally keep these short but this time I can't - the positives; great rooms, close to beach, great pool Negatives - the staff do not work together well - we upgraded when we arrived for a 24 hour treat - we didn't get given a wrist band which meant that we had to present a receipt every time we left the pool to get a drink - this wasn't a big problem until the morning of day 1 (still within 24 hours of arriving) when 2 staff refused to serve us despite having 3 hours left at all inc - so I had to go to the front desk to ask them to confirm back to the pool. Secondly the food really is weak - few vegetarian options and its basically just cheap food in high quantities . finally the kids entertainment is v poor and hidden away - So all in all, not a patch on Viva Blue up the road which has worse rooms but everything else excels!! This place seems to have a gap between management and staff and no buzz about to it to make you feel like you on holiday - such a shame

Great place to stay for families. The employees does a great work to make sure the guests have a nice stay, they are very friendly. We (2 adults with one child) had a small apartment room with a small kitchen. We missed to make some coffee at the room. The hotel is very nice, the food is great. Life is easy and good at this hotel. Recommended.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING! Only heat. Way to hot to sleep. The staff did not know that the air was not on and kept us hanging believing it would be fixed. Turns out some spannnish guests were cold at night so they left the heat on instead of telling them to put some blankets on. They told us (mother with two little kids) to sleep with the door open. I said that anyone could then just walk in from the other rooms. They believed that since it was a family friendly hotels, that none of their several hundreds of guests were capable of committing any crime. The last two nights we got an old, rusty floor fan. Just one. I paid for air-conditioning and got an old and rusty floor fan... The hotel was nicely placed by the beach. No coffe maker in the little kitchen. Nice, big pool that had not been cleaned in a while. Nice with an indoor pool as well. The "gym" was just consisting of some cardio equippement. Buffet dinner that was pretty good but they ran out of stuff without replacing it. I recommend the pizza place next door. Good food and good service! They had more than just Pizza. Would not go there again unless they can guarantee that the air conditioning is on.

The hotel is made up of multiple 2 story blocks centred around 2 large swimming pools and plenty of palm trees. The rooms were generous in size, were nicely furnished and very clean. The only downside we had with the hotel was the facilities available given we were self catering. There was no oven, no kettle, no toaster, no grill! Just a microwave, 2 electric Hobbs and a fridge. Back to the positives, the hotel was situated directly on the beach. There was a gate at the bottom of the complex which opened on to a 20-30 meter sandy path leading on to the beach. The hotel is located approx 5km down the bay from the Port of Alcudia, and sits between Alcudia and Can Picafort. This means it is a little quieter around the hotel but there is still multiple shops and bars to prevent you having to travel into town for food and drinks. Like us, if you go self catering, I'd recommend hiring a car for your stay to allow you to go a bit further afield for an evening meal. The best restaurants around are approx 2-3km from the hotel towards Alcudia.

We had a 6 day stay here in April 2016. Great value for money. Brilliant breakfast but too many sugary offerings to tempt the kids. Very spacious room and very comfortable. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly especially the reception staff. Local bus takes you to all the major towns which are well worth a visit.

Nice hotel. It is very geared up for German tourists. The entertainment is all German language (including kids clubs). The food is generally very good with a few extreme examples in the buffet that need avoiding (spicy boiled curried German sausages is a strange delicacy) but overall with enough variation to suite any palate. The all-inclusive drinks are waiter served but you can short cut this by going straight to the bar. Last week of October meant the hotel wasn't even half full. Staff very attentive. The room had a kitchenette was was useful (fridge, microwave and hob) but no kettle !

The bus stops right outside so very easy to get to Can Picaforte or Alcudia.The only negatives are that I spoke more German than Spanish and the Spa was disappointing. Booked a treatment which was good but there was no music or scented candles.

Kids entertainers were fantastic, staff friendly, hotel rooms were nice and all very close to everything, hotel is right on the beach which is beautiful, lovely pools, food was delicious. Would go back again. Thanks!

The swimming pools are great, and the water isn't to cool. We went all inclusive but at this hotel you are restricted to times you can access food. Set times for each meal with very limited snacks at the pool bar in the afternoon. Some of which you have to pay for. If you are a Brit who likes to socialise with other Brits on holiday this is not the hotel for you. We were one of only two british families in the hotel. It caters mainly for Germans and Scandinavians. Having said that We had a great holiday and would stay at the hotel again. The kids mini disco every night was one of the highlights for our son. He absolutely loved it. The evening entertainment varied in quality but the team work very hard to keep everyone entertained.

Excellent place to holiday with family.

Loved it there. The rooms might do with some updating and food could be more varied. Except for this everything was great, perfect for families with children.Whould go back for sure

Had no trouble at all during my stay, friendly staff, good food, all you need to spend a few relaxing days on the beach.

Fantastically positioned directly on the beach in quiet area of Playa de Muro, great holiday for families with kids, very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food, 100% would recommend and already thinking about returning there in following year.

great place with lively staff. good access to a lovely beach. Especially if you have young kids. Great for cycling, walking and close to a nature reserve.

As we had stayed here before with my grand daughter (four years ago) we thought it would be nice to return. Most of the amenities were closed and the hotel restaurant was geared to fish dishes and the selection every night and morning was bland to say the least. Was not value for money. I was also embarassed by the waiter who, as we were not wearing the wrist bands, accused us of using the drinks - when I paid for this - it was extremely embarassing and he didn't even apologise when i showed him my receipt - which included drinks - we only ever drink soft drinks but he still made an issue of it.

Not a four star at all, perhaps a poor 3 star at best. Facilities were poor, room condition was awful and dated. Had to catch a bus to be anywhere, however, proximity to beach was excellent. Not at all impressed, if this was advertised as a 2 star, I would have been satisfied.
