Excellent stay throughout. Mini friige in room not very effective. Bar staff service not near as good as all the rest.

Stayed at this lovely hotel with my wife for one week. Conveniently located right infront of the beach. Tons of stores, bars/ restos near by. Hospitable staff over all. Great breakfast and dinner options! Very professional service. Everyone were friendly and attentive. The gym was amazing. Very modern and stylish hotel. Our favorite was definitely the service from the restaurant. The servers were all so nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great hotel!

Just came back from a week at the Ferrer Concord where we have had a great time. The hotel is exceptionally well located, right in front of the beach. We got a sea view room and it was worth it! The pool at the hotel is a bit small but you can use the huge one at the other Ferrer hotel a minute behind. The gym is well appointed and the yoga classes with Julia were quite good. Rooms are large, beds comfy and showers good. Breakfast has loads of options of fruits, breads,... A big plus is the spa that can be found at the Ferrer Janeiro Hotel. Perfect end of the day!

Fantastic hotel and great staff with helpful service!

Great place, a few nice restaurants, good breakfast , nice service by staff and very peaceful. We went to Alcudia for a day trip but hated the crowds so returned within two hours back to Can Picafort/Son baulo area. Very highly recommended as there’s a small pool area but (free) sun beds and two Bali beds within the hotels proximity and is less than ten steps away from the beach area. Therefore No need to pay for sun beds in beach area. Lovely coastline to walk upto main area of Can picafort but personally prefer Son Baulo more. If you want peace and quiet and a beach area nearby this is the place to be.

Very clean, friendly staff. Especially Zori on reception. Bubbly given to us on arrival she couldnt di enough for us. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel or staff

Excellent hotel, reasonably modern building that had a some point been renovayed and modernised. Good location close to beach local shops bars and amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning and cleanliness was of a very good standard. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel. That's probably the best review of this hotel experience.

Perfect location. Good breakfast and dinner. Only the breakfast period from 8-10 was too short (I prefer later breakfast on vacation and it was too crowded because everyone had to go during this time).

Close to beach but you have to pay €14 for a beach chair, don’t matter that you stay in the hotel.

Loved the hotel & facilities. Hotel almost on the beach, just across the prom, no cars but watch out for the joggers & cyclists! The staff could not be more helpful, table service in the bar which is quite unusual in AI hotels. Rooms of an average size, balconies a little small definitely recommend a sea view room.

Loved the Hotel. The bed were a little hard but the décor was beautiful in the Superior Rooms. Loved the closeness to the Beach. We will definitely re-visit.

We stayed at the Ferrer Concord for 4 days. We were on a last trip before we have our 1st kid and wanted to have a relaxing stop. It was relatively easy to get to the hotel. We took the bus from the airport and got off in Camping and then waited for the bus that was going to Can Picafort (the Can Picafort airport bus stop is about 20 mins from the hotel and you need a taxi - the regular bus stop leaves you 1 street away from the hotel). The hotel was nice and right in front of a beautiful beach. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have chairs on the beach, if you want a beach chair its 13 € for 1 lounge chair or 20 € for 2 chairs (it includes 1 drink p/chair). The hotel pool is tiny, but good for a refreshing dip. We got the plan that included breakfast and dinner, which was nice since we got out of the hotel during lunch. There is a few places walking distance and you can take the bus to Platja de Muro and Alcudia, which have a lot of restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was yummy and dinner was decent. Drinks are not included with dinner unless you have all inclusive (and even then not all drinks are included). The staff was great, they were nice/helpful. The rooms are super clean, they did a great job every day. The phone and the safe box in our room didn't work and they didn't get fixed. They had a Cuban night show which was awesome. The hotel mostly caters to German tourists a lot of the staff did not speak Spanish. This was in front of my hubby fav beach in Europe.

no noisy animation team. Friendly staff,. Nice food. Great location with views of the two hilly headlands at the ends of Alcudia Bay. Lovely little sandy beach. Great for swimming. Sister Hotel has an enormous lane-swim pool too and a Spa. Dining, both inside and outside have full sea-views. Upgrade to all inclusive was most welcome ( we had to stay in the sister hotel overnight on arrival). We'll be back.

Fast check in. Could have updated to all inclusive for a very reasonable price which would have been great if the grandchildren had been with us but we decided to enjoy our evening meal at one of the nearby restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic - hot and cold buffet- fruits, yoghurts,pastries and a lovely selection of fresh bread. The young lady that did the fitnes was first class- stretching,yoga,pilates and Nordic walking and I thoroughly enjoyed her passion. The beach with sun beds was just across the prom although there were plenty of sun beds around the pool. There was a larger pool for serious swimmers at the sister hotel up the road and a spa. Would definitely revisit.

Lovely quiet hotel by the beach. Use of facilities at big hotel nearby was a bonus.

really good value! great choice of food and great views

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we were given a superior room. The room was spacious, modern and spot on. It had a balcony and views on the streets and sea, nut it was still quiet in the evening. All inclusive is very good, with a wide variety of food. We never had the same food twice. You also have a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks: cocktails, beers, wine, sangria, coffee all included. Breakfast wasn't as varied but there is enough there for everyone (cereals, bread, pastries, pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruits...). The hotel comes with great facilities, right on the beach. The pool is small but you can use the sister hotel's pools which are bigger. There is also a great spa facility with free access, excellent for relaxing. The hotel is not the best for evening animations, mainly music night, but they have a lot of sport activities during the day. The hotel is in a nice quiet location, but 20minutes walk to Can Picafort which is really buzzing with bars and animations.

Pluses - Good hotel, lovely room and good and plentiful food. Nice area and lovely beach. Negative - arrogant Germans, charge for the safe in room, people reserving sun beds ALL day yet not sitting there

Room overlooking sea with balcony, however, room décor tired and needed re-decoration. Small piece of soap provided was not replaced in 10 days also sachets of shampoo and shower gel. TV was only in Spanish and German, English channels were BBC World News, Bloomberg Business and CNBC News. Free Wi-Fi in bar area only. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. Good value.

We spent a week there with my 7 months pregnant partner, which was interesting to start with.The Hotel was great, only downside is its location as the transport from the airport took nearly 3 hours because it was the last drop off of the 18 hotels in the route,which was more then then the flight from London.. Food from Ok to good, plenty of fruits to eat if you go all inclusive, which i would recommend. The restaurant is facing the seaside which makes every meal a great pleasure.The beach was really nice, there was a rocky part nearby where you could see some fish if you are into snorkelling. We did not book a seaside room to save that extra money for excursions but we wish we had, as our room on the second floor was right above the little stage. Every night the singing and dancing had gone on till 11 - half 11 p.m., which was very annoying as we could not sleep, or even watch TV. The main clientele is german, which i did not mind, nice to talk without anyone understanding you. We are Hungarians by the way.. Definitely worth to see the beautiful Caves called Drach. It has the largest lake underground in Europe which is breathtaking. They give a classical concert like every 2 hours or so, on 3 slowly moving boat with changing background and underwater lights behind them. Truly unforgettable. The guide on the excursion was very professional and friendly, she was from Mallorca, never run out of an interesting story about it :). I would highly recommend the tour to anyone.

I found the hotel to an acceptable standard with the location for the beach excellent. However, I found the entertainment dissapointing during our stay as it appeared to cater towards Dutch/German and not any British who were also very few and far between.

Reception helpful, breakfast good and varied. Main clientele were cyclists, so pool and surrounding area very peaceful. All in all, thoroughly recommended if you want or need a quiet break.
