The hotel was amazing, i really enjoyed our stay and trip. Kristos the bartender was fantastic. Location is totally worth it.

Gorgeous property, amazing service and awesome location. I booked this property for a 10 day vacation in Greece with 5 days in Santorini. I decided to book ok the Perissa side to be near the beach and away from the north west side of the island which are more expensive. This property was amazing. The rooms were cleaned and very well maintained taking into account the COVID-19 guidelines. The hotel is family managed with an amazing service and they all worked extremely hard for long hours to maintain the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant had a great breakfast, both the breakfast that is included if booked with the breakfast option or the a la carte. Dinner was amazing as well well cooked and great presentation and service. The view from the restaurant was awesome especially in the morning facing the beach which is a few steps crossing the road. Restaurant service is offered either right on property or at the beach including drinks. Highly recommend the hotel and will book again for our next vacation to Santorini.

Be careful with their towels because they will charge you $25 Euros for each towel that you damage. This hotel looks like it’s family owned and all they care for is your money. The receptionist and staff are not friendly or courteous whatsoever.

I can not say a negative thing about this property. The staff were all incredibly friendly and hardworking. The hotel is beyond beautiful, large breakfast buffet with more than enough choices. I would definitely stay there again.

Room provided was adequate for my stay. Comfortable bed, however on the shower door the bad visible rust. The pool was cold due to the surrounding buildings, especially in the afternoon. Lots of stairs which makes it difficult for young children or those using a wheelchair. Other than that I was happy with the facilities provided.

We had a wonderful time! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a great boat trip around the island and multiple taxis. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sellada. The room had everything we needed, including a small kitchen/sink area with mini fridge. The location can’t be beat! Walk right out onto Perissa Beach! We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning- very tasty.

The Good: Very comfortable beds, directly facing Perissa beach, generous room space The so-so: Limited buffet breakfast selection, small swimming pool The bad: Sunbeds are not free for hotel guests, (need to spend at least 30 EUR on foods/drinks or pay 15 EUR), aircond broke down during one night (was fixed the day after)

The road next to the beach is closed from 4pm to 5am. Consider that it your checking in late as the taxi cannot drop you next to the hotel. Also only a fax number is listed as the hotel phone# so we weren’t able the contact them to find the place. When I pointed this out to one of the hotel staff she was rude and argued with me. A similar situation happened with the same person when my wife asked for Hot Water. As far as the hotel goes it is a nice hotel right next to the beach and the room and other amenities were good. The hotel staff need to learn how to treat customers better when is the reason for this negative review

Rooms small and not very clean; I would have expected more quality for the price paid. On the plus side, swimming pool is very good.

Beautiful Hotel!! Right in front of the beach. Restaurants all along the walkway, did not have a bad meal! Watersports walking distance - had a blast parasailing & tubing with my daughter. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I love having breakfast every morning with the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and the white houses! The breakfast buffet style wonderful. The rooms were cozy, comfortable and clean, and the staff very nice. Although no early check in time is permitted. but other than that I would highly recommend it.

we were a family of 5 people so we got 2 rooms. maria is a great host with useful information and an endless smile the hotel is very clean, quiet and located on the perissa beach which is an amazing place we recommend this hotel for a great vacation in santorini

wonderful hotel, great room, great free breakfast. Directly across the street from the beach. Everyone was helpful, cordial, large size room for a European Hotel. Overall a very good experience

We stayed at Sellada 6 nights and absolutely loved it. We cannot rate high enough. The manager and staff were very helpful and highly recommended.

Great hotel, right on the beach. We had a room overlooking the pool. Owner of the hotel picked us up from the hotel, unfortunately our room wasn't ready, but we were put in a hotel very close by, which was really nice and given free transfer and our luggage moved the next day so wasn't to much of an issue. Hotel staff were really helpful with recommendations for trips and organised a coach for the wedding me and my friends were attending nearby. The hotel is moments from the beach and the hotel provides towels and free sunbeds. Most of the restaurants are right on the beach so all a moment from the hotel. The room itself, was a good size, nice big bed, shower was great, air con, small kitchen and was cleaned every day. Pool was fairly small, but as you are right by the beach it didn't get too busy and was cleaned every day so nice to sit by if you want to give the beach a miss for the day. Overall I'd definitely recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Perissa.
