The only thing, is that I wish they had coffee in the room!

Excellent hotel with great transport links for rail and tram. We had 3 night stay for sightseeing and this absolutely fits the bill.

Thos hotel is in a good desert. A biergarten 5.5 blocks and a Italian pizza place 3 blocks away that keeps irregular hours. Hotel food limited to bar food andan expensive breakfast.If you loke to eat, don't stay here...you woll starve.

The pool is much prettier than it shows in the pictures. I used the large tub instead because it was too late to get in the pool. That was the longest, slipperiest tub I have ever slid into! I was afraid of sliding out of it! I used extra caution and survived the departure. The separate toilet was a good design. The hot water is extra hot; good for cleaning.

The ladies at the front desk are awesome! They helped me with a bunch of questions I had. On a separate note, the location of this hotel is priceless because you are just steps away from the Central Station which is super convenient.

Despite a minor misunderstanding in the allocation of room in the start the stay was good. Nice room, great breakfast and when in need for an extra night due to a cancelled flight the service was good.

Managed to provide me with a disabled room with walk in shower that made my stay easier. Staff were first class in sorting for me. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Nics bar and food too

Great large place, like a condo. 2 bedrooms plus 1.5 bathrooms. What I didn't like that is the most important is the firmness of the king size bed. It was hard enough to put a side of me to sleep. For the second night I folded up the comforter in half and slept on that on-top of the mattress. It helped somewhat. The other good thing was each bedroom and living room had separate climate controls. The living room o e made a noise but didn't cool at all, so we basically stayed in the bedrooms and didn't use the living room.

Property was great reception staff superb. Alfredo at bar was great as was trainee. The world famous grumpy barman was very good but very grumpy in a funny way. We opted not to have room cleaned every day but had a few glasses in room that would have been better cleared when staff were in. All in all it was really good though. Pool was brilliant

Excellent property in residential/business area. Five minute walk to Hackerbrucke S Station which connects easily to Hbf and airport. This is not a full service hotel but it is has easy access to restaurants etc due to proximity to station. Has a very pleasant bar/lounge. Rooms are large and clean and everything works. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Good size well appointed room with a great comfortable bed. Situated in residential area about 15 minutes from the main station and about 25 minutes from the central area. Trams and bus run outside the hotel

We stayed on the 5th floor less than a week ago and our toilet broke upon the first flush at this hotel. The flush button fell into the wall - see photos. Since the hotel was 100% full and there was a snowstorm, they couldn't move us and we needed to instead use either the communal bathroom at the end of the hall in the pool area or go down to the lobby and use the lobby bathroom. It was highly inconvenient. Then, we were told that a manager named Alex Antl would contact us about potential compensation for this major issue with our room (it's a big deal to not have a working toilet..that's a lot of what you pay for), but he never did and then never responded to the email I sent to him. So, we plan to never stay at any of this company's hotels again. Also, no one on staff really seemed that concerned that our toilet didn't work (they never said sorry until our checkout) and they only sent someone to fix it about 20 minutes before we checked out. Pathetic customer service and we'll stay somewhere else and advise others to do the same.

The Good: Very nice hotel. Every thing is very clean. Hotel modern in decor, but not uncomfortable. Staff were always very helpful, welcoming. Breakfast buffet was expensive, but no more than many similar hotels, and had a huge variety, excellent quality: numerous hot dishes including various sausages , bacon, eggs forvegetarian/ vegan potatoes,mixed veg, beans. variety of breads, rolls, etc. including German pretzels which was nice. Standard cold buffet. Lots of fruit. All the items refilled constantly. Excellent service, facilities, value,amenities The room: a great bath, wide deep.Big bathroom. Decent bedroom, spacious, separate toilet Could improve: weird setup where bathroom tub and shower are separated from the room by a semitransparent glass with flowers on it - you can still see the person showering or bathing in silhouette. Not comfortable for families or coworkers sharing a room. This could easily be changed, adding a shade. No face washing cloths! Would have been nice to have an area away from the front doors for smoking: both for nonsmokers , and to permit people who are staying there to have some privacy in their casual wear @ morning/night, w/o mingling with ppl attending events in business clothes- again, awkward, standing in sloppy sweat pants in a crowd with dresses and heels, and suits, conversing and networking after an event. Chair in our room had badly cracked fake leather. Needs replaced. Few restaurants nearby-Be aware if you have little kids
