The bathroom did not have any face towels and the snack bar was close that the reception could not find the key

Blood stained comforter, almost to none modern electronic charging ports, outdated phone/clock, not allowed to take coffee cup from dining room to room, one hand towel, no face towel, bathroom sink water pour unkept, poor upkeep of room, housekeeping staff loud in corridor since early morning. Only positive is the breakfast buffet.
Just clueless about what todays hospitality amenities are!!

Expedia charge $300 in advanced. The Hotel charge the full total price never honored the advance paymen. , still waiting for Expedia to refunds my money $$$$

Nice location, nice staff, OK breakfast can be better, clean room, good front desk and housekeeping staff. Rooms and hallway a little noisy and has to re-program the room keys almost every day. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The front desk lady charged USD $100 for the taxes, we refused to pay because we have a tax exemption. We arrived late and she didn’t accept to assign a room without payment. She didn’t gave us an invoice. The manager promised us to return the money after that we presented a proofs that was illegal to charge us a tax fees . they didn’t returned the money The manager never gave us an invoice for our payment. They took advantage. Also we lost a personal items in the room . This is a bad hotel . Dont stay there they don't respect you, they got your money and keep the money for them

Great hotel, great location, excellent staff. Just one complaint; the a/c was working properly and even though the maintenance people were aware and checked it; the problem wasn’t solved. Otherwise would definitely recommend

Front desk staff was fantastic. Room was standard - nothing fancy but more than comfortable for 3 adults. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was solid - options changed over the week. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to everything you needed.

The reason I gave it a 4 star is because we got the room at 2:30pm with no towels at all. I told the reception and left the hotel till around 10/11pm and still no towels when we got back! The next day the cleaning lady cleaned the room and took away our towels without replacing! And again no towels!

The hotel’s location is perfect: close to restaurants, the nice 93 park. Shout out to the lobby staff who were very accommodating. The breakfast is good and the servers are simply the best.

Excellent front desk staff. Very polite and helpful. Went out of the way to provide assistance at all times.
Shuttle service hired at hotel is also a plus. Amazing, reliable local driver, very knowledgeable about the city and with a very positive attitude.
Delicious food can also be ordered from nearby restaurant. Breakfast, which is included, is also good and assorted.
Location is unbeatable. Walking distance from beautiful Parque 93.

We stayed here on our way to Santa Marta and it was excellent:)
We had booked Casa Dann on our way back through but the casa Dann was so bad we stayed only one night and returned to the Holiday Inn for the last 3 days of our stay in Bogota.
Casa Dann was much more expensive but the Holiday inn was way better!!! Staff is amazing at Holiday Inn.

The staff was incredibly accommodating:)
Manual and the other front desk staff looked after all our travel needs.
Johana in the restaurant was always full of smiles and making sure we were well feed.
Brian at the front desk was awesome and got us into our room early as we had just travelled and had been awake for 22hours.
I travelled a fair amount and this has been some of the best service I have ever had:)

Front desk staff helped with food delivery order. Restaurants around the area close by 10 pm on Sunday.
Member of room cleaning staff ran to front desk as I was checking out to handover an item I had forgotten. Great service overall!
